I contacted Hassle Free this morning to schedule an appointment to get into my car which was a special lock-out of an older model Jaguar with all the electrical wiring running everywhere. I called myself replacing the battery, but accidently closed the trunk and I could not use the key. Mr. and Mrs. Milliorn, explained later, the locking mechanism to use the key had been disconnected. I was given an approximate time when the locksmiths would arrive and was contacted earlier than anticipated and told the locksmiths were on their way. Mr. and Mrs. Milliorn arrived took a quick look at my situation and gave me several scenarios in which they could follow to open my trunk. Of course, I am not really listening because I was thinking it was going to be a very expensive job and there would be other repairs needed after the job was completed. They opened the car in less than 10 minutes, but could have been quicker, due to my fretting over the cost of possibly damaging the lock. Let me conclude by saying this was a very pleasant and inexpensive experience and I had to yell when I heard the trunk release. I am a customer for life. read more

There is no question that they have the best service at the best price in town. I have a difficult front door key that no one else can copy and they are the ONLY ones with a big enough selection to make my unique key. Also I was trying to get a backup for my Ford Focus which from the dealer would cost around $300 from the dealer however it was only $50 for the remote and $60 for the key. The women how helped was also very friendly. No question I would recommend this place to anyone with both special keys or everyday items that value good service and low prices. read more

I have personally used Laura and her team. They're friendly, insured, and licensed! They really do know their stuff. From car keys to working on safes, there isn't anything they can't do. first I was locked out of my car so I went to them they were the closest, then I needed a new key for that car because the switch blade snapped off, they have awesome customer service and good prices. I'll be back everytime my keys break up until the car itself breaks and probably even longer. read more
