Overall I loved the quality of the caviar (paddlefish.) I remember the good ol days when you could get the crazy delicious stuff from the Caspian Sea, those days are over, but Kelley's Katch Caviar made up for most of it. For what you can get now they are hard to beat. Delicious and relativley inexpensive, it's totally worth it.
