After the installer looked at the tile, he determined it would not take the "slope" of the shower pan and would "lip" out because it was too large. Finstads sales staff suggested the tiles and said they would work. Finstads refused to return or exchange the tile without the customer paying for the complete return and exchange. Their expertise picked out the tile, they should stand behind it and eat the cost themselves to exchange for the proper size. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
