Well well well, folks here's what you REALLY NEED TO KNOW about Hatch pediatrics. The other day our 6 year old had something going on with her neck that was causing her to be extremely nauseous. We waited u til Hatch opened and took her in. Dr. Daniels saw her as she WAS our regular pediatrician. She IMMEDIATELY said they needed to do a COVID test, despite having ZERO SYMPTOMS. We do not believe in purposely ingesting toxic substances, so my wife declined to put the Ethylene Oxide (EO) swab in my 6 year olds nose. Kelsi asked Dr Daniels what our other options were and she said "I'm the professional, I know what is and is not safe. If you don't let us test her then we can't help you." A few minutes later Dr Daniels came in and said "here, you need to leave, I'll help you out on her coat." Kelsi was literally in tears at this point as Justene was VERY ILL and this quack who says she cares about kids was literally kicking her out. Left with no choice we took her to the ER where we met the most amazing and understanding doctor, Dr. Sarah Morgan. She went through Justene's symptoms and agreed that COVID was very unlikely, the regular flu was slightly unlikely, and the most likely thing was that she had a really bad muscular "kink" and the pain was what caused the nausea. She sent us home with directions to watch it and let her know if there were new or worsening symptoms. Kelsi and I talked about switching pediatricians because of how callous and disrespectful Dr. Daniels was, but apparently they beat us to it. Mind you, this was on THURSDAY and we got this letter SATURDAY. If this doesn't perfectly describe the fascist medical apparatus then I don't know what does. This office is worthless, they refuse to follow up with shots for the kids, can't figure out how to use the over the counter wart remover, a bunch of transplants from out of the area that couldn't hack it in the real world and moved to Montana. They should change there name to Hack not hatch. We had 4 children that have been seen here and due to the fact they don't want to deal with kids with pre existing conditions they tell us to find another primary care when we are in a covid 19 out break. read more

Hatch Pediatrics is amazing! The staff is super caring & knowledgable. My favorite thing is that you can call after hours & get one of the docs on the phone (not just an answering service), since it turns out that my daughter doesn't only get sick during business hours. It's very reassuring to talk to the docs in a situation like that! I also love that they keep appointments open daily, so you can typically call & get a same day appointment if something is wrong. Hatch pediatrics is a wonderful clinic for kids of all ages. I always feel welcome and cared for when I enter the waiting room. The MA's and nurses speak kindly to my child, making him feel comfortable and important. The doctors and nurse practitioners are incredibly knowledgable, friendly, funny and kind, never negating my feelings or concerns.
