After more emails to come fix it, the owner responded Oct 2025 - "NW GreenPanels has closed its doors due to economic hardship and will no longer be able to provide customer service." I requested the owner at least explain how we can fix the leaks ourselves. The owner will not respond to this request. I am left out in the cold with a very expensive product that is less than 5 months old. The company is not a member of the Better Business Bureau.

We we made a selection and it was delivered the same day in Dodge city. After a couple of months, we wanted to change a cushion and called the store to see if it was possible to order a different one. I talked to Bryce and he was very helpful. Placed an order for what we wanted and it came in 10 days. If you're buying furniture in Dodge city area, be sure to check them out.
