If only we had used them the first time! From the moment we called for an estimate, we were treated like valued customers and made to feel like we were a priority. One of the owners came out with color samples and helped us coordinate house color, shutters, and door colors. She wrote up the contract and we were excited and then changed our mind about the colors. She offered more suggestions and made us feel like we weren't the high-maintenance burden that we are! Today the paint job was completed and we couldn't be happier. These painters are, without a doubt, the most professional and detail-oriented painters to ever touch our house. They removed outdoor lights, hose holders, house numbers... we acted surprised that they do all this, and they acted surprised that we were surprised. We left our home in Mikes care while we were on vacation to paint, when we returned we were devastated, there was paint on our brand new couch, the end table, the fridge, the microwave, the kitchen table, the kitchen chairs, the dining room table and more. Not only did they seem to get paint in all of the places there shouldn't be paint, they did a very poor job on the painting itself. The job was amateur at best. Paint was dropped onto baseboards, applied very thinly where spots had shown through, they completely missed many spots, and when I pointed this out to Mike, I was told that I was the worst client he had had. When you hire someone to do a job, you expect them to complete it, they just made things worse with their shoddy attempts to repair all that had gone wrong. The cabinets that they painted are atrocious. I was excited to show off our newly painted home, instead, I'm embarrassed to have people come over and see all of the errors. I highly suggest you go with anyone else!
