We had already identified a handful of items we wanted to address before our one-year warranty expired, but their comprehensive inspection went far beyond that. The report captured everything--from small cracks and gaps in grout and sealant to thermal imaging that revealed misplaced insulation batts in the attic. Eric took the time to walk us through everything in person before he left, answering questions and explaining issues clearly and patiently. Within an hour of completing the inspection, we received an extremely detailed report complete with clear photos and explanations. D'Angelo is as good as it gets for home inspections…read more I was surprised to not see any reviews for an outfit that has a stellar rep on TOTV, but there are not too many Yelpers in my neck of the woods, methinks. The " right before your warranty expires" inspection is a family team effort. The two sons come out , with one handling the interior and the other the exterior. Happily there were no major issues, but they did find a bunch of small tweaks, as they covered every inch of the house. The report gets automatically sent to The Warranty department, who then contact all the relevant subcontractors. They then called us to schedule what day to execute the repairs. The entire process is smooth and seamless. So I would imagine that other fellas with magnetic signs on their cars, misspellings and broken links on their website are cheaper, but I don't think D'Angelo missed anything there was to be found.

Brett explained the entire process to me and sent photos throughout the work off site. They matched my existing color perfectly and in 3-4 days the work was done and clean up completed.. We called BatterBee, and a young man came out, knew exactly what was causing the leak, and got right to fixing it. Never had another problem. This year, 2025, we decided because the house was aging and it was now after Hurricane season, we decided to replace our roof. Anthony Bax came out, explained what the project would involve, and the cost. We signed right away, knowing we had the Right company for the replacement of our roof. They took all the precautions to safeguard our shrubs, flowerbeds, and windows, covering them with netting. They even laid a tarp down in the driveway before bringing in their dumpster to collect the old roofing shingles. In two days, we had a new roof. The first thing I noticed was how quiet the house had become. We live 2-3 blocks from the four railroad crossings where the train horn alerts each and every time at each crossing. We can no longer hear the trains. We had our house painted last year ( 2024 ) in a light gray. We chose " Pacific Ocean Shingle in a two-tone gray color in Owens Corning shingles and couldn't be more pleased with the results of the new roof. We also got a lifetime warranty against Leaks, with all materials and labor covered. Our Warranty is Transferable, which is a great selling point when we are ready to sell.
