In that time, I've probably seen 8-10 different therapists and they're all excellent! However, that being said, my "go to gal" is Jejee (yes, that's how she spells her name). She is wonderful. Not only does Jejee get rid of my arthritic pain, but, she is, also, a very nice, pleasant, well versed young lady! My goodness, how many Thai therapists can discuss the Lakers and Dodgers with you? Gigi has hands made of magic, but their scheduling process if you want a specific person is a nightmare. I can tell they're trying out different methods - when I first started going I had to call, then I could book through an app and choose my masseuse but couldn't choose the second masseuse for a couples massage, then I could choose the second masseuse, and now you can't choose a masseuse at all! So back to calling, but now they're rotating schedules and between two locations so you can no longer book any masseuse on any day, and the likelihood of them answering the phone or returning a voicemail is slim. Still four stars because Gigi and Amy are THAT GOOD, but it has become so painful to see either of them I've had to move on to somewhere more reliable for my biweekly appointments. The masseuses are not all equal so why they would switch to some weird lottery system beats me. I hope they change it back! read more

I booked a same-day appointment about an hour in advance through your website. Earlier time slots were available, but I intentionally chose a later one so I wouldn't have to rush. As I was literally parking in front of the business, I received a call informing me there had been a booking error and asking if I could move my appointment an hour later. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible. I've been here before and have had good massages, but this is where I draw the line. There was an entire hour to recognize and resolve a scheduling conflict before I arrived. Instead, I was notified at the last possible moment after I had already driven there and arrived for my appointment. That level of disorganization and disregard for a client's time is unacceptable. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and the level of professionalism shown. I'm held to a cancellation policy that feels completely one-sided -- if I had canceled or changed my appointment at the last minute, I would have been charged, yet there appears to be no consequence when the inconvenience falls on the client instead. read more

I woke up with a stiff neck 2 days ago and it had been hurting so bad. I was comparing prices in the area and Hatha was reasonable. When I walked in I explained what was going on and Amy stated confidently that she could fix it. I was surprised and optimistic about her enthusiasm. Went to get a couples massage today in the afternoon around 6pm. Went with Swedish/Thai combo mix massage. Cost $120 for 90 minutes per person. Places looks renovated, modernized and very clean. Love the ambience and quietness as we didn't hear any loud or excessive talking during our massage session even though we knew there were other customers inside and finishing their massage therapy. My massage therapist was Jane and she first asked me what part of my body needed most the focus. I told her my neck, shoulder and lower back. She gaved me a full body massage and was able to relieve my knots perfectly. She is very strong and consistent with her massage technique which she was able to sense and control how much pressure to apply and see if I was hurting. We just left Hatha massage I called in yesterday spoke with Amy and made both our appts with ease. I have a lot of shoulder pain from working out and I have been too many massage places in the area over the last 20+ years. We get here we were able to rinse off since we just came from the gym and I had Bella work on me he had Neera. These two ladies know what they're doing. The pinched nerve in my shoulder feels much better already. They worked hard on us, are very tight all over. I asked for extra firm and I got extra firm plus more. To get it to release sometimes it has to be painful. The staff is lovely here very welcoming. They walked us out. Everything was done with a smile and the place is clean and smells really good. The lady on the phone was really nice and the booking went very smoothly :) I got a friendly reminder message from them a day before and another one about 30 min before my massage appointment. I personally like that they do call/text for confirmation mostly because it makes me feel valued as a client/customer. Their location is part of this big plaza close to Best Buy = huge parking lot (easy parking hehe). The place inside is small but also very aesthetically pleasing. There's tons of plants in the front lobby area and you know the place is good when the plants are well kept! The massage comprised of aromatherapy with eucalyptus and sake scent. It was a whole body massage with also some hot rock therapy too. My masseur was a little too gentle at first so I asked for little more pressure and she was able to accommodate. My husband states his masseur provided a pretty deep pressure when requesting for medium pressure. He did overall enjoy it. They moved the lower extremities with added passive stretch in addition to massaging. They climb on top of you in some of their massage techniques. Massage was okay. Paid 102$ for 90 min deep tissue, she started a few min late and ended a few min early so more like 80 min. The walking on my back was the best part otherwise the rest of the massage felt just okay, definitely not deep tissue. Didn't really touch my lower back or neck at all which were the only reasons I needed a massage in the first place. Only went here for the good reviews and price but wouldn't go back. Also didn't feel very clean, the hot stones were sitting in the sink in the bathroom so everyone who peed was washing their hands over the stones that go on your back. read more

I was sore AF after a long hiking trip. So I was glad I was able to make a last-minute appointment in the evening. Ivy asked me what intensity I liked, and what body part to focus on. If you haven't had a thai massage before, they get on top of you and use your body weight to massage your muscles. They also stretched out some of my joints, which I also needed.
