I had an appointment to fix my denture(fabricated by Greg) so I dropped it off first thing in the morning as requested. He came out from the back room shouting at me in front of other customers saying that he wasn't going to fix it. It left me speechless and couldn't ask why. He left and went back in his workshop. Needless to say I was in shock and in tears. To this day, I still don't know why he was so rude to me as I was very respectful and kind to him and his staff.
