Furniture and custom leather belts and hats. They have a place you can purchase dips for fruit and veggies and they make up beautiful trays daily. Homemade stuffed pretzels with everuthing from breakfast items inside them to just cheese. Fresh cup up fruit and veggies. Every kind of prepped salad you CAN think of. Veggies who veggies sliced. Fruit whole fruit sliced. The best place to find goodies for the weekend. Fresh meats to buy and take home and cook. Ready to eat prepped foods to eat there or take home. A shop for spices and wonderful things to use in the kitchen. This place also has a section where you can buy homemade fresh baked cookies cakes pies, breads. So much here to look at. Candy too. We went back to eat and again I had the Egg veggie wrap. It was fabulous. My friend had the breakfast burger. Crazy good. Aubrey, the young lady that took care of me on my visit, was expectational , friendly, outstanding, customer service and patient. Visiting from out of town after a 5k in Sandy Lake, PA, on my way to Astubula OH and in need of bread , and sweet treats for adopted family visiting. I ended up spending under $12, for assortment of cookies, sliced Italian bread, two turnovers and a peach muffin, and decorative cookie. The bakehouse was having a soft opening and this was their first day. The owners, Jon and Christy, explained they had been running their business out of their home kitchen for five years. Jon joked he wanted his kitchen back. Don't let the small storefront fool you - this is a bakery, or course, but they also serve a delicious coffee from the Dominican Republic. A comfortable seating area behind the front counter offers couches and chairs and a small counter to enjoy your selections. I had the Blueberry Crumb Cake and a cup of coffee. The cake was freshly baked and delicious and the coffee was bold and freshly brewed. I completely enjoyed my treats here. Now for the maintenance items - the restaurant was clean and inviting. The restroom was clean as well. The chairs and couches in the lounge area were comfortable and relaxing. So if you happen to be in Boardman, Ohio and you need a special treat, stop in to The Bakehouse - you'll be very glad you did! I know I was.

The apple cider slushies were so refreshing on such a hot day. The hay ride was fun (pro tip: don't wear shorts or your legs will be itchy). We were able to pick a generously sized bag of apples and I am excited to try some recipes with them. Also, if it is a sunny day there is not much shade anywhere, so be prepared for that. The owner of Arrowhead also has a plumbing business and he has done great work at my home, so I wouldn't expect his orchard to be anything less than spectacular too.
