My family and I began the process of buying a home late last year. At the very beginning we met with numerous real estate agents, all of them left much to be desired. They seemed to only be interested in steering me towards their own listings (therefore doubling their commission). Fortunately I found HomeDax, and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm the type of buyer who obsessively checks real estate listings, researches each property extensively, and knows every single home for sale in the area.
