The nice guy on the other end explained that the meat was in freezers, in the back of the saddle shop, which was next door to the print shop. My first suggestion for Lazy 5S: create a big sign saying something like, "LAZY 5S MEATS INSIDE!" - otherwise I would never have found it with GPS alone. I bought a huge tenderloin, and I have to say it was the juiciest, tastiest filet mignon I had ever experienced in my life. Amazing! Unfortunately for me, I live in Brooklyn NY - but the moment Lazy 5S becomes available the way Omaha Steaks are [they're just "OK"] - I will be first in line to order!

This is the highest quality grass fed beef I could find in the area. Apparently quality matters because with no change in my diet protocol other than the source of meat, I had significant improvement after just one week of eating it daily. It's the first time since I got hit with this condition that I've had any improvement at all so this is huge. I bought a quarter of a cow and picked it up at the ranch. After seeing the lush green pastures that the cows graze on and the cleanliness of the operation, including supplementation and even how the cows are treated, it all made sense. This is not just dinner, it's therapy. Since then, I have continued to improve and honestly believe that this highly nutritious beef is the foundation for my healing. It's not only the highest quality, but it's also the best tasting beef I've ever had. I have so much gratitude for the integrity and the heart that goes in to this beef...worth every penny.

The animals were up and about walking around their areas. We walked around pretty quick and made it back to the front right on time for the last safari ride of the day. The safari ride was the best. We got to feed the giraffes which I thought was super cool. Def worth the stop!

Pro-tip: If you come on your birthday month, it's only $12 for admission which is substantial savings! I booked the expedition tour which included the general admission, Super Mog tour, and a chance to feed a tiger. The Super Mog tour is an hour long ride in an all terrain open-aired truck. You have to be at least 5yo and able to climb up the steps to get into the vehicle. They offer 2 times, 11AM or 2PM. Because it was June, I opted for the 11AM tour bc of the heat. Even though there was no AC, it was fully shaded and we didn't feel too hot. Our tour guide Robby was incredible and gave each of us a small stalk of willow-like leaves to feed the giraffes. We had the option to feed them from our hands or if we're brave, our mouths! We started off on the super mog tour visiting some apex predators like their mountain lion, hyena, grizzly bear and Robby would tell their stories and also do a live feeding. We also drove past their rhino, lions, zebras and much more. Then we got to feed the giraffes as they walked up to our vehicle. It definitely had more of a natural feel vs a zoo. Then we got some snacks, walked around for a little bit to see their smaller mammals (sloth, lemurs, marmoset) and reptiles. Lastly, we attended the tiger splash show. It was as adorable show watching the tigers play with their trainers using various toys, balloons, and meat. After the show, we got to feed a tiger through a special feeding tube and you can also request a picture with the lion. Out of Africa is also know for their popular predator zip lines where you have views of the animals and the Verde Valley. We didn't do this bc my kiddo is still quite young. We got the chance to run into the owner Prayeri who described how many of the animals were raised at a young age or rescued. There is a strong emphasis on the human-animal bond and trust at this park. Love that mission and much love to all the animals!

It is such a huge winery/ranch that has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating plus animals and garden spaces. If we could've stayed here for 2 hours, we would have but unfortunately I think we were only here for a little less than 1 hour due to the drive and the other wineries we visited. The garden spaces were luxurious with a lake and a path to walk. The animals were so cute. There were sheep and a very friendly donkey among them. The wine was, of course, tasty and we enjoyed the fact that there was a small food truck on site that had other items for purchase. My friends and I had a really nice time here just exploring, relaxing and being together.

Instead of a flight, I went with a couple of glasses recommended by staff and they were spot on! Took the wine outside to sit in an Adirondack chair in the shade by the little creek and just relaxed. And then a musician started up on the porch and he was great! Very chill and just added to the relaxing vibe. Lots of seating options here, inside and outside. Wine is really good. A pond with a fountain and another fountain that feeds into a bubbling creek really add to the atmosphere. Highly recommend.

They took great care of my horses. I have special feed that they get to supplement their diet and they were more than happy to accommodate my requests of how much and when to feed it. I haven't had any health issues with my horses there, but I have seen other horses get colic or injured and Tonya and her staff are always there to get the vet called or haul them down to Phoenix for more serious issues.
