Erin and Devin helped me with the issue, and followed up with a phone call, and then an email. It seems like sub par customer service is the norm these days so seeing them take such initiative and resolve the issue was worth a positive review, at the very least.

The clearance was full of many different dresses in all sizes. I thought they were a percentage off, but they rang up as $15 each, which was a steal! The one girl at the register I believe was new because she told me they were final sale. However when I got home and looked at my receipt it showed they weren't. Overall, I had a good experience and will go back again when I'm in a crunch for a nice quality and reasonably priced outfit.
