Every contact we had with customer service was great! They are respectful and friendly. They keep fantastic records. When we called, they could pull up records showing exactly when we called before and what the conversation entailed. That's something you rarely see today. We got a ring commemorating my husband's service in Desert Storm. It includes the Army logo, the Desert Storm badge, and his Bronze Star. The ring is every bit as beautiful as the pictures.
