However, this last visit was not as pleasant due to a loud group of clients that felt the need to yell at each other at a volume where I could not even hear the aesthetician right across from me. There is a sign that says to speak in hushed times, put your phone on silent, and basically respect that others are quietly enjoying their treatment. Management needs to enforce this rule and keep the atmosphere enjoyable for all.

She told me she's been doing it for a while. Which didn't tell me anything. I told her I wanted to see her colour chart she had chosen and did want me to see it and said she matched my hair colour. Then a guy came along and ask me to fill out a form that was two pages long and sign it. Wtf. Even wanted to know my allergies. I told him I would've mentioned if I was allergic to any hair colour because this wasn't my first rodeo. Plus wanted more personal info and wanted me to sign my name! All I wanted was to touch up my roots! Well at this point it was too late in the day to find another salon so I signed the damn form. She took almost 45 min. to apply the colour and I have short hair!! She took me to rinsed my hair and filled my ears (both sides) with water several times and By that time I just wanted to walk out. Not even asking me if I needed a Q-tip or towel. She took me back to the chair and asked me if I wanted any product in my hair. I told her no. Then she asked how I want my hair styled with the hair dryer. I told her I would like to do it myself. Then she said in her high teenage voice No! I'm not comfortable that you use my equipment. So, I said did I hear you right? Then her boss said that it was a liability issue. I told her I would take full responsibility in drying my own hair. She said no. I said so you're just going to let me walk out of here with wet hair? And she said that's your choice. So I went to pay and they tried to charged me more than what was quoted to me! I said no! I'm paying. What I was quoted And left! Two frikken hours of of sarcastic behaviour from an unexperienced teenager! Definitely not respectful to seniors!
