The little rude boy laughed at me when i presented it... then stood there staring at me. Didnt give me a total or recipt or thank me. He literally just stood there staring. I got shellac and so did my daughter. My giftcard was $55. Still no idea what it cost as he took it and said nothing. I felt mistreated and it was a very poor first experience. I sat down for my pedicure with a lady who was clearly new who proceeded to cut my nails so short to the point they were bleeding, rinsed the microplane in my foot bath where my feet soaked in a bath with skin floaties, and burned my feet with the hot rocks. Multiple times she took the lids off of products to stick her fingers inside of the container with her dirty gloves. Products that were used directly on my feet were then placed back onto the clean cart without being sanitized. I have been impressed by the services I've received from this business in the past and staff have always been friendly, however proper training and supervision of new staff would have at least made my experience bearable.
