The boat ran great -- we were cruising over 30 MPH on beautiful Lake Havasu, and I even brought my fishing poles along. What really impressed me was his honesty and kindness. This is THE place you need to rent your boat from!!! We have been coming to Havasu and renting boats for 15 years. We've had some mediocre experiences and some BAD experiences, and this place takes the CAKE for being AWESOME!!! We had a party of 8, 2 adults and 6 older teens and had reservations with a different rental company and less than 48 hours prior to our reservation they had to cancel due to mechanical issues. We were left without the size motor and length of the boat we felt comfortable using for 8 adult sized people, who wanted both space and power to pull a tube and have fun. Thankfully we found Havasu Adventure Beach! WOW! I am SO glad I did! And INCREDIBLY happy that the place we originally booked ended up not having the boat, because this boat had MORE horsepower and was CHEAPER!!!! Not only that, but the deposit was also significantly less and was refunded in less than 24 hours. The staff were ALL amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and made our whole group feel welcome! And YES, they really are RIGHT in the water, so no launching the boat or having to get it onto the trailer at the end of the day. You park your car right there and the boats are in the water and waiting! One thing that really stuck out was upon our return in the afternoon, after the boat was perfect all day and we all had a blast, the gentleman working helping guide us in yelled out, "Hi guys! Me and my bf rented the jet skis the first day and the pontoon boat the next day. The customer service was great and they are conveniently located right on a beach. Both the jet skis and boat ran smoothly. It was really romantic on the boat, just us 2. We had an amazing time. We will def. Be back and renting with this company again. You do have to purchase a day pass to be on the beach before 4 pm. It costs $35 per vehicle. *if you plan on riding jet skis only I suggest bringing your beach tent and setting up on the beach and relaxing after. If I could give less than 1 star I would! I went here back in September 2023 on a recommendation from a friend. I dealt with Erica who was nice and professional but she totally screwed me on a 1 day rental for one jet ski. I was charged the $500 deposit but it was never returned back to me and I gave the jet ski back in the same condition I rented it in. I was charged $450 for 6 hours of fun which seemed kind of high. A third random charge of $451.09 was on my account and a fourth charge of $107.69. There is no way a 1 day rental for 6 hours costs $1509! I have received none of this money back and when I tried to reach out to ask questions, my number was apparently blocked. I wasn't even given a full tank of gas to start the day with either so I spent well over $100 on fuel. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

We rented a pontoon boat for our group of 7 for a day on the lake and these guys took great care of us. They helped me pin the great spots on my phone so we could navigate by gps. Use the boat's Bluetooth speaker system for better sound. Plan on a long day for one of the best days of your life! Just be careful backing off rocky beaches so you don't damage the propeller. I can't say enough good things about London Bridge Watercraft Rentals. Lauri and the team were fantastic from the start. After checking rates and trading a few emails, we decided on two jet skis for half day and the bungalow rental. The bungalow was PERFECT, literally a few feet from the north side beach and a beautiful view of the lake. The tiny home was spotless clean and nicely equipped, in addition to having wonderfully COLD air conditioning. For the same rate we would have paid at a hotel, we had a full kitchen, fridge, queen bed, and a fold out couch. The patio was perfect for hanging out in the evening. On to the jet ski rentals for Sunday. We walked in at 9:00, went through paperwork and orientation, and were literally in the water in minutes. The skis were way fun, ran great, and the map supplied gave us some places to hang out and explore around the lake. Next time, we're going to get a boat and check out more of the lake. The weekend was perfect, thanks to Lauri and the rest of the team. We DEFINITELY recommend using London Bridge Watercraft for your rentals at Lake Havasu. read more

My family camps at Crazyhorse Campgrounds all the time. We were out last weekend for a quick trip and to pick up our trailer. We decided to rent a jet ski to reward my daughter for a full year of great reviews from her teacher. We arrived shortly after 9 when the rental shop opened and it was a busy day. We spoke with whom I assume is the owner and he was awesome. He made sure that we had a time a lot reserved for that afternoon. The ski was In great shape. The staff was awesome. We had a wonderful time. My daughter (10 yrs old) and first time on a sea doo loved the experience. The only thing I would recommend is to notify your clientele in the orientation to really look around them when driving PWC on the lake as some people may not know the general rules of boating. Lauri, her Husband and staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first time renting from them for a family trip to the lake. We got a pontoon boat and jet skis and the process was easy and fun. Their staff were very helpful on our initial launch walking us through everything along with answering every question I had. The location was perfect (right on the beach/lake) and has very convenient parking. They had designated spots to leave our car which were right on the beach so we could easily load our stuff on the boat for the day and take off. Their staff even helped with the loading process which was nice and helpful. I always enjoy working with small family business, especially business run by good people and this is one of them! However, I have to say, this place is one of the easiest and most convenient, especially for pickup and drop off. The owners are super personable and very professional. I dealt mostly with Lauri, who was a gem. We had a hiccup with wind one day, but it was easily fixed. The boats are well maintained and comfortable. I have a new place to rent my boats from. Price was competitive to everyone in the area. I absolutely loved this place. Customer service was exceptional from the cashier to the person who got the boat setup and checked for us. He was very patient and even helped us load up our car. He truly went above and beyond of what he needed to do. I even talked to the owner and he thanked us in person for our business and thanked us for taking good care of the boat. One of the biggest reasons I love this place is the boats are already on the water. No wasted time getting to and from the water to the rental office. Wow! This is the best place to rent PWC's in Havasu. Lori and Terry were amazingly professional and accommodating. Their machines were well maintained and we had a blast utilizing them. My family & I visited Lake Havau last weekend for a getaway & rented a pontoon boat on a Friday. I had previously called 4-5 of the local companies about rentals and after comparing apples to apples, this was the best place. When we arrived, we were greeted by Terry who was nothing short of welcoming and outgoing. We signed the paperwork with his wife, Lauri, who also was upfront, honest, down to earth & pleasant. We were then introduced to Bird who showed us how to operate the boat safely. The whole experience was made easy for us and we were very happy with our choice. The boat was just as expected...well maintained, clean and safe. The entire experience ran smoothly and provided a wonderful experience for our family of four. We were treated fairly and with appreciation. It was so nice to receive good customer service in a world that seems to have forgotten what that means. We have two daughters, 9 & 11 years old, and they also were made to feel appreciated, welcomed and engaged in conversation. We were so pleased with the experience that we were able to rent a jet ski from them the next day. We found the jet ski to also be in great working condition and it ran smoothly for our entire rental. We would happily rent from them again. Do not listen to the naysayers out there. We rented a boat from this company and they required a $500 "refundable " deposit. Unlike most similar businesses, they don't run this charge as an authorization- they run it as a $500 charge to your checking account immediately. This means that they have to then issue a refund to your acct which can take up to 14 days. So your account will be short $500 until this happens. Their 'fine print' on the rental form apparently says this but this is the first time EVER in renting anything that this has happened to or family. Not a very fair policy for customers to tie up $500 of their funds. Most companies do not run this deposit as a transaction. They run it as an authorization- not potentially tying up their customer's funds for a long period of time. Regardless of how big the print is or where it is noted, why do business this way if you have a better option for your customers? read more

I thought this place was good due to the yelp reviews but boy was I wrong. We got there at our scheduled time and it took 1 hour to get into the water. The boat was out dated and run down. They gave us a bunch of instructions on how to fix the boat if it didn't function normally. There was a secret way to make the boat start because it doesn't start by just turning the key, it was like a secret handshake. We needed to keep tabs on every instrument on the cluster like the battery because it often dies, the RPM because it often overheats, the the propeller lift because it doesn't function properly and the list goes on. I was actually nervous taking their boat out. The boat was leaning to the left and I thought we were going to capsize. Instead of enjoying ourselves, we had anxiety throughout the trip. read more
