We've had some mediocre experiences and some BAD experiences, and this place takes the CAKE for being AWESOME!!! We had a party of 8, 2 adults and 6 older teens and had reservations with a different rental company and less than 48 hours prior to our reservation they had to cancel due to mechanical issues. We were left without the size motor and length of the boat we felt comfortable using for 8 adult sized people, who wanted both space and power to pull a tube and have fun. Thankfully we found Havasu Adventure Beach! WOW! I am SO glad I did! And INCREDIBLY happy that the place we originally booked ended up not having the boat, because this boat had MORE horsepower and was CHEAPER!!!! Not only that, but the deposit was also significantly less and was refunded in less than 24 hours. The staff were ALL amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and made our whole group feel welcome! And YES, they really are RIGHT in the water, so no launching the boat or having to get it onto the trailer at the end of the day. You park your car right there and the boats are in the water and waiting! One thing that really stuck out was upon our return in the afternoon, after the boat was perfect all day and we all had a blast, the gentleman working helping guide us in yelled out, "Hi guys! How was your day? So glad to hear you had fun! We really appreciate your business, we know there are lots of choices in Havasu and we are so thankful you chose us!" WOW!!! The boat was in good condition and we didn't have any problems running it. They had very good communication and were through with directions. They also allowed a tube for us as well. We left the dock not really knowing what we were doing and pretty much had a figure it out. Then the owner charged us $400 for gas when we barely used a quarter tank. Makes no sense and felt like we were being taken advantage of. We've rented from another spot nearby the past few years and the difference is insane. Better service, actual interest in not ripping customers off, and you leave feeling like you had a good time instead of second guessing the whole experience. Going back there next time.

Best Jet Ski pricing in Lake Havasu!…read more Kyle out beats all other competitors in the area. We saved, at minimum $450 compared to using local shops nearby renting by the hour. Our family rented the Jet Ski for the entire day, 8 full hours without any issues. We rode this thing almost non stop and only used half a tank! It fits two adults perfectly, goes fast, and was such a smooth ride. This is definitely a must on our next trip!
