I have gotten balloons from Have A Ball a few times in the past. They always have a great selection and friendly service. One Saturday I went in to order balloons and said I would pick them up on Monday. I failed to notice that they were not open on Mondays and the new worker obviously failed to inform me of this as well. Long story short, I went to pick up the balloons on Monday, saw their sign saying they were closed on Mondays, freaked out, tracked down the owner and she immediately went down, filled my balloons and delivered them to me, all while profusely apologizing. I will definitely continue to use this business and refer everyone to them. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!! read more

Mike Ball and Nicole Marshall, the owners of Have A Ball Party Supplies, opened their store because they wanted to be able to bring party supply items to families here in Elko. With no local place to purchase party supplies, it always came down to out of town trips or ordering online. They are proud to offer the city of Elko party supplies at reasonable, competitive prices!
