Instead, she followed us around the store after us being there less than 5 minutes and proceeded to rudely say "please stop touching everything because I am a germaphobe". This is a gift shop without any organization of items nor common gifts. Having this kind of store and then rudely telling shoppers to not touch anything due to her being a germaphobe, is actually insane. We left immediately and will not be returning. We have lived in LeClaire our entire lives and it's extremely unfortunate that one of our few gift shops is owned and operated by such an abrasive, rude individual. Spend your money at Aunt Hattie's and one of the many other friendly gift shops.
