I expected them to grab the limbs and leave. To my surprise they blew all the twigs and raked up even the small stuff from the back and front. They cut up the longer branches. I was SO wrong. After 3 years of having nothing but problems with the system, I just finished spending thousands of dollars to have a reputable company come in and totally revamp the system. After speaking numerous times with the foreman, he clearly informed and showed me all the things that were done improperly and the poor quality of materials used. DO NOT hire this company do anything regarding irrigation. You will live to regret it on so many levels. They might do okay on other services they provide but I can honestly give you a first-hand review on how qualified they are to do irrigation systems. I'd like to say you get what you pay for but I didn't even get that. I would give them a negative star rating if I could.

It was quite blatant and intentional (I reviewed the action on my security camera footage). I had just raked and cleared this entire space the day before. I walked over to complain and Burnett lied and acted like he didn't know what I was talking about (he must not have noticed my security cameras). The only lawn-related job I'd trust to this guy is being a snake in the grass.

Burnett responded promptly and was there to prevent a tree from falling on my home due to a split tree trunk. He was very sympathetic and gave me an amazing price. His crew was at my home the next day, and worked non stop to remove my huge poison ivy covered trees. The crew was made up of kind and respectful people who went above and beyond to clear my space of all debris. I'm not a warm and fuzzy person, so I don't hand out compliments easily, but they are the best at what they do.
