I purchased an interstate motorcycle battery in July, 2020 and used it for three months in 2020. I…read morestored it properly during the winter with my Honda trickle charger and used it again from May until September of 2021. It performed well during this time however during the first week of October it suddenly died. I took it into the Battery Center to have it tested and was advised it was not taking a proper charge to increase the cranking amps. In short this was a defective battery. The owner advised there is only a three month warranty and nothing he could do but offer a replacement of the same battery at a 10% discount. I'm not only disappointed in the battery (will never purchase an interstate battery again) but also poor customer service as this store does not stand behind their product. In my view the store should have replaced this battery or at the least offered a replacement at 50% discount not 10%. Customer service is important, in my case, it wasn't as I wasted $160.00 on this purchase. John Manderson Kelowna.

I gave him the go ahead and it was all wrapped up the same day. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Brad went over his findings of what needs attention and how soon I need to deal with the items. What I really appreciated about Brad & Max Performance is they didn't try to up sell me on the phone to get more repairs done that day. He waited until we were face to face and could go over list. I liked that Brad took his time, listened and asked questions, he put effort into understanding what I wanted. That is where all good Custer service starts. The rest followed smoothly. The inspection was thorough, looked at what I wanted to know, cost a reasonable amount, and was done quickly and efficiently . Brad phoned me report, emailed me a report and provided 15 photos of the vehicle that I had not even requested. From my experience this is a place that takes pride in doing a good job.

Altho satisfied with the review itself, my negotiating position with the seller was undermined when he contacted me an hour later with specific details of the inspection. Europro told me they would not share those details with the seller and, making it worse for me, the details were shared before Europro provided me with cost estimates for repair items identified, as this left me unarmed to counter sales tactics of the dealer / seller. My first experience with this garage, it is not a good look.
