Now located a few shops down the Regent Arcade from their Renew Adelaide pop-up, the store has settled in and the Arcade's vibe suits it well. Stocking the hand poured Zuki & Boo soy candles in some truly delectable scents, this is my primary reason for swinging by. I'm a real lover of a 'natural' smelling candle (as opposed to the saccharine qualities many other scented candles give off) and this stock is top notch. Available is different glass jar sizes and also available poured in a tea cup (with the saucer to match), they make great presents for yourself or others. My current fave is Bergamot & Banksia but the Coffee Bean is just right to get your day started (I work night shift so burning candles after waking is perfectly acceptable at 6pm!). Check the candle 'menu' for some potential favourites and the staff can let you know when they become available (or pour some for you). The store also has a beautiful array of posies and floral arrangements with the ladies happy to create a floral arrangement to your colour palette or floral taste for an excellent price, however I can never go past the gorgeous bouquets often sitting in the store front (and often so cheap!). Succulents at various stages of growth and in an array of pots plus terrariums can be picked up and once again, all very reasonably priced. Other assorted soft furnishings are available, cushions and throws, as well as some stationery and assorted homewares. A great place to find a gift for yourself. I'm a fan.

Enter Boo & Who?? on one unassuming Wednesday when I thought I was just going for a coffee in town. Exit a happy Chloe with a candle that smelt like waffles, a postcard and bookmark with a hilarious hedgehog drawn on it and a longing for that ridiculous looking brass teapot with a succulent in it that I knew I couldn't keep alive for more then 2 days. These guys know how to do gift shop: - Service is friendly but not pushy - The selection of cards, flowers, candles and body lotions are well balanced and mean the shop isn't cluttered with too much to select from - Prices are ridiculously good for those on a budget of $10-50 (ie. for those workmates who you have to give a gift to through to good friends you love) I hope this Renew Adelaide venture is able to stay on and continue to brighten up Regent Arcade in the future!

As we leisurely stroll through this store, with eyes wide open, I cannot help thinking we need a bigger house for us to purchase more furniture. We have shopped in this store for over five years, always found the prices competitive, with staff very knowledgable and helpful. We visit and enjoy a coffee in their Cafe regularly, to return and view the increasing range of modern and traditional style furniture, always with the latest colour and up to date accessories, outdoor furniture and bathroom ware, all with very affordable pricing, just amazing.

While I am not a huge fan of some of their pricing on things, Raw Space can get away with it because they stock chique quirky (ie. not tacky unique or "novelty" reject shop style) wares. This place is perfect for birthday presents, Christmas presents, hey you have everything and I have no idea what to give you presents and self-gifts! Go in, but be warned you will end up wanting a whole heap of not very useful but amazeballs stuff because of it's "cool factor."

Owner, Naomi Travers has done a wonderful job of filling the shop with lots of nick nacks and things that make you go "ahhhh" and "ohhhh cool!" Raw Space is slightly feminine. Outstanding selection of funny and uncommon greeting cards. A tad pricey, but not unfairly so. There are some homeware items for a couple of hundred bucks, but I'd say the majority of items are priced under $50 with plenty of selection for under $30. The staff is fine and professional, but I've never received '5 star' service. There's been a few things that have irked me over the years, but nothing I could mention without sounding too anal.

Update Interiors simply oozes with class and sophistication an absolute interior designers dream…read more Just walking into the shop I can hear the cash register ticking over, no it's not cheap but the items sourced are beautiful and worthy to be housed in anyone's home. Besides stocking a great range of home decor in the french provincial style, they specialise in custom made soft furnishings, window treatments and upholstery. Quite a decadent past time is interior decorating but it has its rewards in the end, I would certainly love to have this style of decor in my home but I might give it a go myself. To give an idea of what's in store there are brass base table lamps, baroque style mirrors, lots of sparkling chandeliers, cabinets the majority being in antique white, chairs, decorative birdcages (a standard in any home decor shop), candles and elaborate candle stick holders, there's an enormous wall clock towards the back and really so many more gorgeous items, to much to mention here. Give yourself a treat and visit this shop as it's a must do when coming to North Adelaide next time.

Wheel and Barrow offer a range of utensils, accessories and equipment for the indoor and outdoor kitchen, plus furniture and also a small range of gourmet style food. The prices are on parr with what other kitchenware stores sell for but there is a larger range than say General Trader. I also like the fact there is a cafe attached to the store where they serve really tasty coffee and serve light meals such as baguettes and focaccia with fillings of your choice. For dessert or a quick fix they have muffins and cakes to wash down with a freshly roasted coffee. Their online store keeps you in touch with what's new and on sale plus it has recipes to tempt you to try and in turn they have the products to make your attempt a success.

The store is somewhat hidden and tucked away towards the back of Rundle Mall Plaza. Once you find it, It has a white, black & metallic grey store front, very affordable prices, and a marketing motto that states they "provide customers with a shopping experience designed to eliminate confusion without limiting choice." Once you step in, you can find yourself easily narrowing yourself down to choosing something you like and can afford! You can easily be trapped because there are several things that a homebody guy like me could use here! I was like, "Mmmm...This one here is cool.....I could totally use this tonight!" I was able to play house for a little while and quench my thirst for new kitchenware...and only $4 dollars well spent, I found something that I really liked and I could take home! You got me....in your wheelbarrow, alright. Lucky for me, Wheel&Barrow's buying team travels the world to ensure that they consistently have the best professional product ranges in Australia....which means that the best home decor products are right here! Judging by how good the products here look, you can only IMAGINE the how delighted I was to find something I could finally afford! haha! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars, was because your staff didn't even say hello, approach me, or talk to me. The one that served me just wrapped my glassware without any enthusiasm. The only thing I heard from her was, "Would you like a bag?".....That's it. Brushing that aside, this store makes all the cheap stores look bad, because of the high quality they offer. I would be more than willing to set up shop (pardon the pun) in the shop front window of Bauhaus…read more Every few weeks when I walk past I can either imagine myself sitting atop their giant Moroccan pouffes in a kaftan, reading a vintage hard cover book or lounging about in their bright red acapulco chairs in a pair of their silver clogs admiring my giant Marimekko print on the wall. This gift shop and homewares store is high class, full of cultural finds that look like they've just been pulled out of a souk in a turkish market or from a church in eastern Europe. There is something for everyone from all budgets here too so don't let looks deceive you. You can pick up $20 scarves, $10 rings or even a beautiful photo frame for $25 or so. At the other end of the spectrum you can pay up to $140 for a small wire frame cube which I'm sure is handmade by pixies in the titus mountains or something. Staff are not intrusive and allow you to browse the shelves, cabinets, floor and walls full of knick knacks, prints and more. And when you go to pay make sure you ask about their free gift wrapping service to make your loved one feel like you've spent even more dosh on them!

Loved the necklaces and jewellery and how small things were in here. Cute, Exotic, Pretty, Affordable and Fun... the few words that describe the gift ideas in this place. I asked the shop assistant where their products were made, and they said most of it was made overseas, but their front counter was filled with Adelaide-made objects. I didn't give this 5 stars because one, there was very little walking room and you had to compete with other keen customers for space....and secondly, as a young guy, there weren't that many things that excited me or interested me. If I had a girlfriend, then yeah I'd definitely go here for ideas.

Lots of pale pink and mauve, with delicate flower decorations on white or off-white backgrounds - something I can picture in the perfect grandma's cottage, with roses, a corgi and a white picket fence. Their materials are the interesting part of this shop. They sell blankets made from 100% bamboo, a substance with a lot of great qualities. They also sell French silk bed spreads which feel wonderful, and high thread count bed sheets, and thick 100% cotton blankets. For high quality products, the prices are really quite reasonable, and they're often on special too. There isn't much in the lower part of the store, but there is more in the upstairs balcony, and it's quite fun to go up for a look and imagine your own bedroom upstairs. I'd live there!

There are some decorate wall hangings and things like tea-towels and oven mitts. There are many cute dolls and pretty clocks for children's bedroom walls. Children will love this shop, and won't be able to keep their hands to themselves, I can guarantee that. The owner is a sweet, quiet lady, but with plenty of mettle to cope with a bizarrely angry old Italian man, who came into the shop while I was browsing, and started swearing about the "white men leeches", and trying to swap a $50 note for $5 notes (which for some reason he finds less offensive, though I'm pretty sure they still have "white man faces" on them). I stayed in the shop until he had left, then bemusedly shrugged my shoulders with the owner. The prices in the shop are very affordable, making it a great place to buy girls' presents.

I've got a few elderly relatives that would be head over heels (in an injury-free sort of way) upon coming to a store like this, but if you want to retain any remnant of modernity to the interior decor of your home, I would advise you to turn and run. But to be fair, there were some decent looking outdoor chairs hidden throughout the store; stuff that I wouldn't mind buying for myself. One of their black cane outdoor furniture sets could actually be a very nice fit to a modern outdoor setting, but finding these items through an array of outdated designs will really test your searching abilities. Perhaps when I turn old and grey I'll develop an affection for unsightly cane furniture - but until then I'll look for my furniture elsewhere.

But this place, this is alright. If you're looking for cane furniture, then this is probably your place. I came in here a few weeks ago searching for some white wicker chairs for my mother-in-law, as for some reason she seemed to have lost her sanity and decided that they would be appropriate. I was fairly impressed with the range of furniture. It was pretty good quality stuff, but I think my cats would rip anything I bought here apart in a matter of seconds. But then again I've got really destructive cats. The people that work here I only briefly talked to, but they seemed to know their stuff, and were nice enough. I'm sure if I ever wanted to buy cane furniture, this would be one of the first places I tried.

There are bowls, plates, glasses, vases, and ornaments. Light fittings even. Most anything one could functionally produce with glass this place has. Everything is hand made, much of it is produced by the Jam Factory next to UniSA City West Campus. It's also a non-for profit organisation supported by the SA government. A great place to shop.

Brian Parkes, the current Chief Executive Officer of JamFactory, is "passionate about promoting the social, cultural and economic value of creativity and design". Having worked in art and design organisations for more than 20 years, he decided to be with JamFactory since April 2010! (On an aside note, Brian also loves living in Adelaide, and is most at peace when bush walking with his family.) I found this beautiful shop by pure chance. I was just walking along one Sunday afternoon, looking for something cool to add to my home, when the appearance and variation of bright colours struck my wandering eye! So much...creativity and beauty. All around the shop. It just got my undivided attention. This shop actually provides an extensive range of hand-crafted ceramics, glassware, jewellery and other collectables by leading Australian artists and designers including the extraordinary products made on-site in the JamFactory studios. JamFactory is like taking a journey back and forth in a white time capsule - the tiny hand-made dogs just on the ground by the door reminded me of when I used to do arts&crafts when I was a little boy! The shop assistant here is approachable, helpful, and is willing to share her abundance of knowledge about all the people behind this shop. If some of you think there is a lack of talent in Adelaide, this shop will definitely prove you wrong! Everywhere you look there is something to admire and all the beauty you see makes you respect the incredible amount of time it takes to create such artwork, and lucky us, we just get to enjoy the view of all the local ability we have here in Adelaide. There needs to be more public awareness for the careers of these talented artists, craftspeople and designers!
