I went from having a painful shoulder that made using it very uncomfortable to a shoulder with full range-of-motion and pain free exercise. Can't get one and being lied to as to the reasons why…read more I have been told the doctor I want "is not allowed " to work on patients over 42 years old (I'm 62) when my co-worker had the same condition and this Doctor operated on him 3 months ago when he was 48. When confronted they changed it to 55 and said the doctors set this age. When confronted again I informed them you previously said he "was not allowed." My insurance company says he is allowed to operate on people 0-125 years old. I've researched 3 different doctors that I'm willing to go with and still don't have an appointment.

It has a metal plate and pins and I lost very little if any on my wrist. It is a very busy office and they take whatever time each specific issues require. Read other reviews. Did they really think each situation would take a pre-defined plan? I wouldnt want them to do half the job because "time was up".

Told me I was going to have to pay $20 before I left if I wanted theirs. Was worth not making the extra trip for me so I said just give me yours. Received my bill and the $20 was just a deposit. The ankle brace is actually $130.00, and with my deductible, I owe for the whole thing. Not professional at all. Amazon has one exactly like the one they gave me for $9.99. Will NEVER go back there. Shame on me for not asking more questions of someone that is supposed to be helping me.
