Gabi was so thorough with the consultation, I immediately felt so comfortable. And I will say my hair still feels strong and full! I am so obsessed with how my hair turned out. This is the worst salon I have ever been to. Ashley cut my hair i showed her a picture of wispy curtain bangs repeatedly telling her I wanted curtain bangs with some see through bangs very small, thin and short. I look like a cockroach with antenna's, she said oh no while cutting my hair. my bangs are extremely short uneven and oily. I asked for layers and she barely cut. She poked me in my eye many many times causing it to swell up when I got home. I have to go to a VERY important wedding in 2 days as one of the main guests. It's so bad i have been crying for a day and a half already. NO ONE should go here and Ashley should get fired IMEDIATELY. And I'm a nice person in all my years I have never thought I would say this. My hair stylist, Amanda, finally opened her own salon with her sister in law, Danielle, and another stylist, Alex. It's smaller than the previous salon she worked at, but it definitely is way better. All the girls who work here are super talented and I would trust my hair with all of them. Amanda, as always, works her magic and colors my hair beautifully. I naturally have jet black hair and she was able to get me to a beautiful honey blonde without ruining my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want and makes sure it's what I get and more when I leave. The salon itself is so cute. You can really tell the girls put their heart and soul into it. The service is also outstanding. You're greeted with a glass of champagne and they have yummy snacks and drinks to have during your appointment. I have been going to Amanda for over three years, and not once have I left her salon disappointed. As someone who had never done balayage before meeting Amanda, I was a bit intimidated and weary- but once Amanda worked her magic I was hooked! She's very receptive, but also willing to give her input if you're not sure what you want. Salon is super clean and organized, and has been following protocols closely with the pandemic. I hadn't had my haircut in almost two years (yikesss) so I was in need of a haircut desperately. I saw Danielle for my haircut. She was realistic about how much I needed to take off due to the damage, and we didd so. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. My hair came out so good and it looks so healthy. I'm going too grow it out with routine cuts from her from now on! This salon absolutely wonderful!!!!! I am so grateful to Danielle for helping me out and giving me a wonderful haircut! I reached out to this salon at midnight because I got a brush horribly stuck in my hair. I tried to get it out for hours with no luck. I was lucky enough to have found their business card at a different establishment and contacted them immediately. They got back to me before they even opened first thing in the morning and were able to see me as soon as I could get there. I happily accepted the appointment and got there as fast as possible. Danielle got the brush and associated matte out in minutes. She had so much experience with this type of issue. It was amazing! She even had time to cut and style me afterwards, even though that was not what I went in for initially. She recommended products to me the help grow my hair and thicken it because I have some thinning due to anemia and other vitamin deficiencies, which I have never gotten help with in the past. Everyone in this salon was extremely kind, welcoming, understanding and talented. Amanda has been doing my hair for about 4 years now. She is the only person that I trust to do my color and cut and she is the only person who has made me the icy blond that I'm obsessed with. I have appointments booked out with her a year in advance because she is just that amazing.
