We felt welcomed immediately and were offered something to drink. Tanisha was so nice and funny. She definitely knows her stuff and took so much time listening to what both of us were looking to have done. Tanisha explained all the different types of extensions that are available, which ones would be good for my daughter's hair, and the price for each. She had so much patience and answered all of our questions with kindness. She made sure we had all of the necessary information that we needed to make the decision that we felt would be best, and at no point did we feel pressured to go with the most expensive option, like we have at other salons. I am also beyond thrilled with my haircut and blowout! My daughter and I will be going back to Tanisha in 2 weeks to get our hair colored, and then about a week after that, my daughter will be getting her extensions. We are both so excited and beyond grateful that we met Tanisha and plan for her to be our stylist going forward! Thank you Tanisha and all the staff at Willows Cove Salon!

The prior owner was also a great-qualified person and clearly looked for someone to bring this shop to a new level. Karina and team has done that. She is not just a store owner but an active stakeholder in this community and it shows all around. You see this magnified in her smile. This is a big bright shop and you can see that all the people here are comfortable being part of this "electricity in the air spot." There is no parking lot but plenty of street parking both on Jericho Tpke and the surrounding roads. I came here for one topic and wound up sitting in the chair for a haircut... it was not planned. Karina just makes you feel so comfortable and is definitely a detailed oriented perfectionist. From what you see here, her entire staff follows that same model. I could not recommend Willows Cove Boutique any more. They are truly a gem of a store in our great community. Karina is also involved in other area of philanthropy with our local Kiwanis Club which just goes to increase her value and a shop owner here. Pay NO attention to any review below five stars (just one.) Clearly this person was here on that mission. I will never know why!

Gabi was so thorough with the consultation, I immediately felt so comfortable. And I will say my hair still feels strong and full! I am so obsessed with how my hair turned out. I look like a cockroach with antenna's, she said oh no while cutting my hair. my bangs are extremely short uneven and oily. I asked for layers and she barely cut. She poked me in my eye many many times causing it to swell up when I got home. I have to go to a VERY important wedding in 2 days as one of the main guests. It's so bad i have been crying for a day and a half already. NO ONE should go here and Ashley should get fired IMEDIATELY. And I'm a nice person in all my years I have never thought I would say this. For my friend, the stylist suggested she needed a trim to better hold a curl. For me, I was told my ends were dead - even though I got my hair cut by my regular stylist 3 weeks ago. We both said no, and they kept insisting and ultimately shaming us until we agreed. My stylist cut my hair 4 inches. I was in shock. After all that, they didn't even pin us like we asked. It's clear to me they both wanted to upsell us and wouldn't let it go when we initially declined. I'm extremely disappointed and would not recommend.
