Infested with cockroaches. We've been here a bit over a year. Soon after moving in, we discovered…read morethere's a cockroach infestation. Management refuses to treat whole buildings. Instead, they're only treating one apartment at a time (and only if you complain). Of course, not treating the whole building only serves to make the disgusting roaches scurry away to a neighbor's unit. Then they treat that unit, and they scurry over to the next. Then, they circle back around to me. And, there's plenty of renters who are about to be invaded next. It's beyond disgusting that Princeton Bradford is actively renting apartments with a known roach infestation. And for months have only been taking half-measures that have left us to live in these conditions. Which, by the way, is illegal. Massachusetts Tenant Rights clearly states: "Cockroaches and Rodents: The landlord must maintain the unit free from rodents, cockroaches, and insect infestation, if there are two or more apartments in the building." Don't assume you'll be "lucky" in any way and avoid the roaches. They breed quickly, squeeze through the tiniest of cracks/holes, use the walls here as their network, and are nearly impossible to exterminate in the cheapskate, haphazard way they are "treating" it. Since management doesn't deal with it as they should, we've been setting down traps and repellents for months, but the roaches keep coming. This is by far the worst issue, but also beware of skyrocketing rent (it goes up hundreds with each lease renewal), mold, and drug users. Sad when mold and drug use nearly becomes non-issues because of an ongoing cockroach infestation.

Michelle from the rental office was very friendly, helpful and informative and guided us through the rental process easily and quickly. She was consistently prompt in getting back to us concerning any questions we had and made the sure the entire process went smoothly. In addition the units and entire complex are well kept and quite nice and you don't get hit with little fees such as for parking or to do laundry, which is conveniently located in the units [possibly not all models]. I also felt that the rent was more than reasonable for what you were getting [we went with the larger two bed model] especially after having recently lived in Cambridge where you get nothing for your money. All in all a very positive experience so far, once my girlfriend and I have moved in and had an opportunity to see what it is like to live there I will update this.

If you are looking for a place that is relatively peaceful and quiet......this is NOT the place you want to live......especially if you are working full time and need your sleep. There has been an incredible turnover rate taking place, and they've turned it into a complex of much younger people who think partying at all hours is the acceptable norm. Management treat the people who have complaints as troublemakers, and they will do their best to label you that way, and treat the offenders as victims. For the price you pay for monthly rents, there are considerably better choices for your hard earned money.

There are planned outdoor activities as well as indoor activities. You can never get bored. There are mixers, social activities and even entertainment!! Corn Hole is the current game of choice. The staff are active listeners and responsive. And everyone is so cheerful. My husband likes the fact that maintenance is on site and available on call in case of any emergency. I like the fact that we get weekly cleaning included. It was not easy to leave our home, and we were concerned that it would be too expensive. But now all our utilities, cable and WiFi are included in the price. And all our meals. It's all surprisingly affordable. A little luxury at our age is really well deserved.
