I come in and I come out a completely different person. She's amazing. I specifically called ahead to ensure I would be booked with an experienced stylist and was told Cassie had been doing hair for 12 years. I clearly explained and showed exactly what I wanted: a U-shaped trim with only a dusting of the ends, plus curtain bangs starting at the cheekbones with soft face framing. My requests were not followed, and the bangs were uneven, with one side much shorter than the other. I had to come back for a correction. I don't feel it's fair to pay for a service when what I asked for was not executed properly. I was already nervous about the appointment, and this experience only added to that. Michelle was amazing! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and a little nervous going to a new stylist. She immediately made me feel comfortable, she is incredibly knowledgeable. Haven't had my hair done in 5+ years and went to Shaye Bergman at Haven Salon! After some crazy postpartum hair loss I wanted something fun and she made it happen Great work, great prices, and no commute. Also the salon is so beautiful with a historic Ramona charm. I liked my Cut, but I did not like the way she washed my hair. She washed my hair very quickly. The people before me were still there when she was finished washing my hair and I pay $20 for a conditioner that only took two additional minutes to apply. read more

Wish I had found this gem of a salon years ago! I have had my hair cut by the same person for over 20 years, so, I was terrified when she told me she could no longer cut my hair due to schedule changes. Cecelia was referred to me and has cut my hair twice and colored it once.. best hair cut I've ever had! Show her a picture and she knows just what to do! Sadly, she is not working on Saturdays any longer, so, I am trying someone new in the salon this weekend with Cassie. Fingers crossed. Plenty of parking, super friendly crew! I showed her a pic for inspiration not knowing exactly what I wanted and she took it from there. I'm beyond impressed and will be going to her from now on. I was with Bella Mia for YEARS!! When the previous owner sold, some of the stylists decided to open their own salon, Haven Salon. This place is WONDERFUL!! I look forward to every appointment! Every one of the stylists are phenomenal and the salon is SOOO inviting!
