I clearly explained and showed exactly what I wanted: a U-shaped trim with only a dusting of the ends, plus curtain bangs starting at the cheekbones with soft face framing. My requests were not followed, and the bangs were uneven, with one side much shorter than the other. I had to come back for a correction. I don't feel it's fair to pay for a service when what I asked for was not executed properly. I was already nervous about the appointment, and this experience only added to that.
