Jonathan Nelson was the only contractor that would even consider cleaning the house on a two month frequency schedule, a schedule we deemed very important, if for no other reason than having the toilets flushed and water run for a brief period. I used this company to have them clean my previous residence when I moved out. When I went to the…read moreoffice, they initially quoted me $380 roughly right off the bat. I sat down and told them everything that needed to be cleaned and by the end of the day they sent me a service proposal with a TOTAL of $266. After the cleaning was completed I had to have them come back and clean areas that they did not clean, that i told them needed to be cleaned. When they charged me, they charged me $441!!! I called the company and the manager/owner tried to tell me that there were additional charges to my total. On the service proposal itself, it had ONE TOTAL of $266 and no where else did it state that other charges would be added to the total. If you use this company be cautious of what your TOTAL is and what you will actually get charged. I feel like their service proposals are a scam because their services seem to be a decent price but they do not break down the proposal in detail to you and let you know other charges will be added to your TOTAL. I also never got a receipt or summary of charges when I was charged.
