With many other business found nowhere else Oliver Wine & Deli, Kapa Hale Restaurant and Olive Tree Cafe and more the draw here brings a steady flow I never expected. The one way parking entrance is on Kilauea Ave and you exit in the back to Pāhoa Ave. This classic Korner keeps things fresh and is worth checking out what it has to offer that keeps us locals coming back for more. Conveniently located across from DonQ and next to a Coffee Bean, Teddys, Papa Johns & a couple pho places near by there's always some place to eat. There are many shops on the ground level, including a jewelry store, a florist, The Cookie Corner, Aloha Sushi, Bar Leather Apron, Cafe 'Alala, and Saszdcreations. Catch the elevator near the Security Desk and check out the Rooftop Garden on the 6th Floor! There's a beautiful view of Aloha Tower. We need to go back during sunset time!

I came to visit the various cafes in the food court area and slowly discovered the various other biz they have here including a gym, flower shop, convenience store that you just have no idea is in here until you browse around as if that enough to be impressed with at the top of the parking garage is a rooftop garden. Just take the elevator right beside the security desk which is for the parking and NOT for the main buildings to the 6th floor to which is the highest parking level accessible you take a short flight of stairs and poof there it is the garden which is a simple outdoor area that many seem to take full advantage of for a bit of fresh air and a stunning view of Aloha Tower and a bit of oceanfront view and can just imagine the stunning sunset views as well. It's clean, safe, and has good lighting. It's modern, elegant, and well-maintained. The patrons look like office workers and business people. In comparison, Chinatown has municipal lots with sometimes sketchy people lurking around. The strange odors in the dark spaces are unnerving. It feels like those structures need a good cleaning. Thank goodness for Ali'i Place! Note: Enter and exit on Alakea Street right after Honolulu Seafood Restaurant.

The Ala Moana Pacific Center is an 18-story office building which I visit about twice a year... because I pay the travel company directly for family trips to Las Vegas. Besides H&R Block, Noevir, hair salons, jewelry shops, and law offices, it also is home to Vacations Hawaii (travel company) on the 9th floor. I usually park for free at Ala Moana Center by going up the Atkinson Street ramp to the top level where Macy's and Liliha Bakery are. There's an escalator to the 7th floor and after that, I take the elevator to the 9th floor. Yes, it's a bit complex. There is a very modern elevator system... just select the floor of your choice on the screen and the corresponding elevator will open up and take you directly to your designated floor! The elevators are marked: A, B, C, and D. Note to self: remember to select Floor #7 and go down the escalator to go back to the car. I wish that there were more directional signs. I go down one hallway to find that I should have chosen the other hallway... Oh, well... At least it's air conditioned!

I appreciated that I could lock the office so I could leave for lunch without having to carry all my things. The building parking is a reasonable price, a little under $20 for the day. There is an non-public bathroom within the Kukui Hub offices and a cute little kitchenette. Great experience.

This industrial center is filled with some serious vendors and is totally not what I expected as we drive down Nimitz and have gone to the airport while even grabbing a Starbucks or lunch in the area as there is this giant place as I blindly explored to find the biz. Be mindful of the unit address alphabet if it's your first time so you know exactly where you need to go and chances are it's up the huge ramp as I was going to ""B" which is halfway up and specific office number are prominently display so you know you're in the right area. Love these clear and precise information though parking here isn't free but some biz do have some designated reserved stalls which is nice and so is the location making my errand easier than I'd thought. The location here is decadent to really branch out your network. My friend and I came over here on a brisk and casual December 2020 day and she needed to visit a friend who works in the building. Just happened to tag along for the day and we ended up here. The property is literally across the street from the Daniel K Inouye international airport, so you could watch planes take off and land daily here. My experience here at the Airport Industrial Park lasted about 45 minutes. While my friend tended to her business, I looked around and checked out the directory of tenants that were presently active. There were familiar names on the signage, which was cool. The building itself seems to be relatively new, estimating it to have been built within the last 3 years or so. The building also has an on-site café, which is pretty cool. Pretty sure it's limited to the employees working in the building. I didn't go in, so I will need to check that aspect out later. The building itself is close enough to local area eateries, which can be helpful for anyone who wants that choice of sustenance on any given day. Quite neat to be here, although there is security roaming around the property. If you don't look sketchy or do anything wrong, you'll be okay. The overall experience here at the Airport Industrial Park was smooth like Jazz. It was nice to be able to sit on the top floor of the parking lot and overlook the scenery while waiting for my friend. Quite nice to be able to do that and enjoy the nice cool temps and remind myself that "Lucky we live Hawaii". It's so cliché, but it's true. For the most part though, it was neat to see other parts of the airport district. I usually don't come this way when I myself need to get to the airport for a flight out of Honolulu. It was a treat. The airport industrial park would just be just another building in the airport district, if you were to pass by it on any given day. For a small section of the economy, it's their livelihood and a place to work during the day or night. The Airport industrial park is located at 3375 Koapaka Street, just across the street from the terminals at Daniel K Inouye international airport. A bunch of the tenants here are non retail offices of familiar / popular businesses operating in Hawaii, whereas others are in manufacturing or industrial. With that in mind, many of them accept major credit cards, if you're there to do some transactions. As long as you know where you are going and don't look lost, you should be fine. If you are like me, routes 9, 19, 20, 40, and 42 come thru the airport via Rogers Blvd or on North Nimitz Highway. Seems like the main tenant anchor here would be Hawaiian Airlines. Makes sense since hard to have a corporate office at the airport itself. The location is pretty awesome though, especially if the employees in these businesses travel a lot for business. Recommended if you are looking to start your own business and need physical office space or looking to expand your existing business space. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the scenic views from the parking lot. We traveled to this location for a Hojicha tea event held upstairs in a' la maison. I did not observe any elevator. It's on the second floor and you will need to call the business to be let in to access the stairs. Good security, however, you may need to wait a few minutes. The parking area is in need of an upgrade. Narrow angled stalls, faint painted lines, tight corners to maneuver. Limited parking spaces here. Best feature: It's free parking for patrons of the businesses.

This "T" shaped building with Mama Woo's prominently visible from the street houses many and probably more than I know... - A Salon, Inc - à la maison by MAnYU Flowers - Define Yourself Salon - Heart of Town Pet Food & Supplies - Mama Woo's - Sachi Sweets - Wagaya - Young's Piano Studio These are the ones that I know of and who hasn't been to any of these amazing business...hmmm they're great and must visit for sure!
