She was so personable, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and genuine! She gave me a tour of the cigar humidors, the cigar packs, the lighters, personal air filters, and even the cool secret disguised safes to store little items in plain sight! I love the selections and learn about more items every time I visit. They even have cool stickers like anime, coffee, cartoons, etc.
