Instead of a normal conversation, the employee reacted in an aggressive and confrontational way. She told me to "leave her store" and repeatedly threatened to call 911, even though I remained calm and was simply asking for help. I asked to speak with the owners, as I've been a long-time customer, but she refused. This behavior is very concerning and not consistent with the level of service I've experienced here over the years. I also have video of the interaction.
