0 - ZERO stars! Stay away from this place. For starters this salon is so dirty! I have never been…read moreto a salon that was so filthy! It was my first getting a pedicure and manicure here. It was on Valentine's Day 2026 and my other half wanted me to have some me time. When I got home I probably sounded ungrateful because the only positive thing I could say was I liked the color I picked. It's the 17th and literally every time I washed my hands with hot water or scratched my skin or nicked my nails I could smell the nail polish (this is days later) and this is not nominal! I also left a review on Google. Stay away from this place they don't care about cleanliness! Look around for yourself on the nail side, you won't see it on the hair side. The longer I sat in the massage chair the worse it got. My pedicure and manicure was horrible! Why did the tech change the shape of my nails when all I approved was a trim. My nails grow square and now I have round nails that don't match my feet or fingers. Why did the nail techs use the filing tool to remove previous nail polish instead of nail polish remover and why did they cut and trim my nails before soaking my hands or feet. I thought the purpose of the soak was to clean the client before using shared tools on them. Granted they opened a new pack of nail clippers and other metal tools but the electric filer and callus remover is clearly community. The place I go to in Oahu uses new mini kits every time and they let you take it home! In the past I got my hair cut here three times. Never did my nails. Three times by three different people. The best cut was by Jen. She washed cut and styled my hair and only charged a cut price. I tipped her well. The second person did not wash my hair but he did an excellent cut. The third person was supposed to be done by Jen but she double booked herself. The person washed my hair even though she didn't ask not did I, cut and styled my hair even though I didn't ask to be styled and then charged me for all services. I never returned after that. The third cut sucked. The second cut was great and sadly he left but I see why.

Potentially racist encounter here. I would like a refund. Full experience below…read more I brought my bike up to the office and she insisted it wouldn't be stolen if I left it outside the door. She was so preoccupied about how much time this would take for me to find a bike rack downstairs due to "back to back" appointments. Why the f**k would I trust her word regarding the safety of my precious bike. After suggesting I come back another day, guilting me into "I drove here for you," and saying she called her next appointment to push to 9:40am (she did not since I was in front of her the whole time) ontop of me being desperate after a bad week, I suggested to put the bike inside her office which she agreed to. Looking back, I should've left because the purpose is to heal and how can I with this energy. And so begin the awkward convo about why I wanted acupuncture. She couldnt understand or pick up much of what I was saying due to lack of English so things I said I had to repeat or she didnt hear at all. Never go to a doctor that doesn't know your language fluently because then how are they supposed to treat you? Overall it was a quick 20-30 min acupuncture in a dark tight silent room. Shortest session I've ever had but she insisted "it's not about the time, it's about the results." Stayed on the table beyond my appointment time since she said her next appointment that she was preoccupied about "cancelled." She also mentioned right off the bat that she only accepted cash, which was not communicated when I booked the appt. The length of session was also not communicated prior. Anyways, if I had to run and go get cash, this would've been another reason she would've suggested "I come back another day." On top of that she didnt have full change so I get the vibe she was lying about the card machine not working...racism? Maybe but looking back on this, it seemed she was lying about many things and searching for any reason to not treat me. A waste of $75, but actually $77 since she didnt have enough change. Offered $2 off in next visit but I won't be returning. I would love a refund.

Not very professional! Bouncing back between rooms. Didn't do the true acupuncture. Gave no relief.read more
