The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.
