To all Kubies and artists, my customer experience using Instant Printing services was he worse…read more I've dealt with less than professional people before, but I this is the first time I have someone lied to my face and the last time I ever used their services. I needed to print a job for one of my assignments at the school, so I e mailed my project to Instant printing. Having previously exchanged e mails with whoever I'm assuming was in charge, I called him to ask if he received my file, which he responded he did. I Called next day to ask if it was ready, to which he responded again positive. When I get to the place, the guy didn't have the project ready, and he even alleged he never got the e mail. I went back to get the file and I personally gave it to him. Next day I go once again and when it was finally ready, the job was all out screwed up (btw the files were labeled and in order). The manager was rude and didn't pay attention the whole time, like he didn't care for costumer service or the job itself. I would recommend you never to use their services, even if its the only printing business that is close to the school.

When I went to the business to review my proofs, I asked the owner to darken the background, he explained that instead of the .pdf file I emailed, he would require the original file from the actual program used to design the invitations. The file was sent to him and within a couple of days the job was finished and it was perfect!!

They communicated with me throughout the entire process and made sure to make my vehicle high priority when getting the work done. Extremely satisfied with the final outcome of my paint protection, as well as ceramic coating. They did a one week check up on my vehicle and fix any discrepancies right there on the spot as well as cleaned my vehicle to keep it looking fantastic. I decided to come here to see how their services worked, and oh boy was I disappointed. First of…read moreall I had to call them about two times to see if my art work was done yet. The first time it wasn't in the system, and the second time they told me that the bigger pieces had to dry, which I understood so I came in later that day. But, when I got home and really looked at my pieces, I saw that some parts of the art work was cut off, and I'm not talking about corners here. I'm talking about words and important elements of the piece where cut of. Also, some of the font was slightly pixelated if I looked at it closely. And finally, some of my art pieces came back looking either very saturated, slightly muggy looking, or kind of blurry. I wouldn't recommend going here, they charge a pretty high price for doing a terrible job. On another note, when I called them to complain and have my art redone, the person who I talked on the phone with told me that the one who originally printed my stuff should be the one I should talk to. I didn't bother calling back, used the pieces that where good in my portfolio, and took my business elsewhere.
