This home delivery service has been a complete joke. Our delivery dates have been scheduled and rescheduled many times. These deliveries were to be delivered between certain hours, for which hours we have rearranged our plans so as to be at home for the deliveries. These scheduled deliveries have been routinely missed (The last 4 in a row) without any notification nor explanation. If you are relying on Primo for your water needs, expect to be left high and dry! Trying to resolve the issue is a test of patience, resolve and endurance. Be prepared to spend over 30 minutes on hold, only to be connected to an outsourced agent who cannot offer any solutions (I have spoken to an outsourced agent multiple times) and who has no authority nor ability to actually fix anything . You'll get plenty of empty promises, apologies and vague reassurances, but those have only left us with no water. You will be left waiting for water that does not arrive. It is baffling to me how a service that provides such a basic necessity, can be so poorly managed, unprofessional and indifferent to their customers time and needs. I strongly urge anyone who is thinking of engagine PRIMO WATER for their needs, to LOOK ELSEWHERE. You'll save time, money and a mountain of unnecessay aggravation.

This project was particularly stressful since I was having to arrange everything from several thousand miles away, but they took away all of the stress related to the water and sewer lines. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Alisa communicated exceptionally well, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and keeping me informed about each step of the process. Brandon was great as well. He went the extra mile, took initiative and requested that the sewer utility allow us to tie into an existing lateral line near the street. I had no idea that this was even a possibility, but this extra effort on his part saved me around $10k. Dominick and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get this project finished in spite of the hot weather. The job went smoothly, quickly, and they left our property neat and clean. All three of them were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. On top of all this, Ethical Plumbing was less expensive than the other quote that I received for this project. Maybe I shouldn't be blaming the company. Maybe I should blame myself for being ignorant.
