Don't bother emailing the operations manager if an employee here has some sort of a problem with you and decides to make it his life mission to disrespect you, humiliate you in front of other patrons, cheat you in any way he possibly can, and flat out lie to you, laugh at you, and call you names (out loud, mind you) yes, screaming obscenities to customers because of some hatred they have within their own little insignificant existence, without being provoked at all, all the while, being protected by bad management. All the way around. Imagine this, a person working at a place you must go to almost everyday just picks you out of the crowd and decides to be as hateful as they can you, and then spreads immature rumors around the place and gets other ppl to start disrespecting you too. Imagine the level of maturity here. Imagine the lack of professionalism amongst their staff acting like disrespectful teenagers and then just being able to take up for each other so as to get away with such behavior. Well, then there you are, welcome to dfw recyclers, where they don't care about you and they'll cheat you and scream at you if they feel like it because managementi is gonna take up for em! Better get your lips out and get to kissing some giant butt! The worst part, the operations manager is also co owner ! Oh no! He takes up for the employees unexcusable abusive treatment towards someone without even investigating the situation, at all! Wish it didn't have to be this way. I have many other resources for extra income I can utilize where they have integrity, morals, and basic life skills that include respecting their elders and being forthright! I don't have to put up with this and neither do any of you potential future customers! Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere that makes you feel heard! You'll be glad you did.
