I turned over in my sleep about six weeks ago and I felt a "pop" sensation in my back between my…read moreshoulder blades. The pain was intolerable and I went to my chiropractor for relief. I was shocked when he started to manipulate my back without any preparation. I left the appointment very much in pain. I went to another chiropractor and basically he did the same thing! I went to the second chiropractor twice and got very little relief. I'm under the care of a pain management doctor and the meds he gave me for my other back problems didn't assuage the pain between my shoulder blades. So on the recommendation from a friend, I went to her chiropractor, Dr BUTH. I told him my problem and my disappointments with the two doctors I had gone to. Dr BUTH treatment was much different! After checking carefully he finally determined the terrible pain I was experiencing was due to a rib was out of place. Then he went to work. No typical "bone cracking" manipulation. After he finished the pain was gone and the relief was immediate! Of course I was still quite sore because I had been out of adjustment for so long. After 2 hour nap my back was 90% better. I highly recommend you see Dr BUTH for your chiropractic needs. I believe the reason why he's so successful is because he listens!

One month ago (August, 2025) So far I've only met with a…read moreprovider once. She was mostly kind, but was very late to our appointment. Today was supposed to be our second over-the-phone appointment. It was scheduled for 10am. I also work in the field of mental and behavioral health, so I know that scheduled times are important to be very upheld. It is now 10:41am. I called the office at 10:15am and was told I was marked as "ready." I called again now, and was told the same thing. I have to take scheduled time off work for these appointments. I left a review the last time this happened, but received apologies from the establishment so I chose to delete the review. I will leave this one here, as Ive yet to form an opinion on the provided service last just yet. I'm doing my best to assume positive intentions and will continue to do so in the future. This affects my life and the lives of my own patients when I take scheduled time off to make it on time for these appointments. I will speak to my provider today about these concerns in hopes that this issue is resolved for future appointments. (September 22, 2025) This was supposed to be my third appointment with Dr. Amaris Bell through this establishment. The last two appointments she was EXTREMELY (I mean HOURS) late. Today I had an appointment at 4pm as at our last appointment she expressed that at this time, she would less likely have patients before me that would run into our appointment time. That is super understandable, as I am a mental health professional myself. It is now 7pm. I checked in, I called, left voicemails. My appointment was at 4pm. I live out of town, and purposefully spent an hour waiting for her call so I would not be driving when she did. Finally I decided to get my 10 year old home as we live an hour away from town. This is rediculous! People rearrange their lives thinking they'll get the care they need. The last two appointments really messed up my work schedule and I had to move my own clients around. What is this business going to do to make this right?! Please don't make an appointment via telehealth or telephone with this establishment. They clearly have no compassion or care for their patients.
