terrible customer service. checked in waited 20 'mins to receive a text I was late. then they tried to charge a $1200 copay- insurance copay is NOT $1200. then they say I haven't been to a dr.. then all of a sudden my copy lay dropped to $300! that is a scam! I'm reporting to my insurance ... this is NOT right. we pay for insurance and we are only supposed to pay a copay $25-35... for a business to try and get your annual deductible up front! that is a sca. I have not been a fan of chiropractors... however, Dr Coyle restored my faith in the profession. From the start he relived my pain and kept trying to locate the issue. Unfortunately, when he did find out it was going to need surgery, he let me know and I felt as though he was as disappointed as I was. Stout The staff was great but, Dr Allen Stout...This Chiropractor has a lot of anger. Will not listen and is a ram rod, to over bill. Books appointments when he is not in the office. He will try and shame you if you don't want his muscle stem therapy or the injections he is pushing. What ever you do do not question him because he will go into a long rant about all his woes. He is supposed to retire, he is doing this to be a good guy, he has all the money he wants and on and on. I felt like I was his therapist. He will leave you hanging with only half of an adjustment. Very unprofessional. Running down the hall shouting for all the other patients and staff to hear. Emotionally unstable. read more

Dr. Stout is a great doctor. He has helped my pain a lot and I would recommend him to anyone who is in pain. He is both a Chiropractor and a Board Certified pain management doctor. In 2003 when I was a young teen I was diagnosed with very mild scoliosis which would cause intermittent generally mild low back pain. When I went to my primary care doctor at the time he told me I could take tylenol when it hurts, do back surgery, or see a chiropractor. I went to a chiropractor, but after a couple visits my scoliosis was still the same, and so I went the tylenol route. 11 years later I started to see Dr. Stout, and he had my back straightened out in no time. Later, I had some popping and discomfort from an old sports-related rotator cuff injury. Dr. Coyle was able to help get rid of the scar tissue causing the problem and got my shoulder working 100% again. Today, 5 years later, I still don't have that scoliosis pain I had for most of my younger life and my spine is straight as a flag pole, and my shoulder hasn't had any problems since Dr. Coyle worked on it. TLDR: Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend both Dr. Stout and Dr. Coyle for back pain and old sports injuries. read more

The doctor has the knowledge but stretches treatment out to max out allowed treatment with insurance. Also rude nurse who won't let me finish a sentence, I don't want to know about my doctors life, wife, other jobs or vacations. I go to a doctor for treatment. Number one, treat me with respect. Routinely kept waiting while patients scheduled after me were taken back. My significant other and I both planned to be patients, but he can barley walk after his 5th visit. He is far worse off than the first time he went in. Stay away unless you enjoy spending your money and time with them until you run out of insurance benefits. Meh, so sad, was hoping for help, just made things MUCH worse read more

Best chiropractor I've been to. Always leaves me feeling better and relieved. Dr Stout is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is very nice and always take time to talk to me. The landscaping is beautiful and they even have turtles swimming around. I highly recommend this place if you have any chest or pains. Wait times are short too! read more

I was a new patient so they said they'd be nice and just collect 185.00 1/2 of my copay. I have two insurance policies, printed on the front of my card: specialist $35, and my secondary covers that copay. I have been to lots of chiropractors over the years, but this was the first doc I know who kept a pond of Koy and turtles, and 2 blue lobsters swimming in a tank. I considered that a plus, just because I happen to like critters myself. 4th visit 3 of us are signing in @ 3 w/Stout. They put an ice pack on my shoulder @ 3:15, & from there I'm put in a adjustment room. I don't see doc u til 4:00. At 4:00 he said he needed to get the X-ray room cleared out. I could hear him with the other patient and I was getting panicked by 4:15 because I had to get my son on a bus at 4:30. I told his front crew I needed to go. I could still hear his voice and the other 3 O'clocker from X-Rays at 4:25, so I left. I live close so I was able to make the 4:30 bus. The next appointment day I was scolded by his assistant for taking off, and the doctor was obviously miffed with me. At the end of my miffed doctor, scolding assistant appointment they demanded I pay the co-pay for the walk out day I said,""not really?" "Doctor seriously wants the co-pay for an incomplete visit? Truth be told I had already paid for that day ahead of the appointment as is their custom, pay first. But since I never got my back adjusted I was actually refusing to pay a second copay, the one for this date which she either forgot to get at appointment beginning or wasn't sure what doctor wanted her to do yet. It took the entire gang up front to tell me the doctor wanted his co-pay. I said, "You tell the doctor I'm not paying him an additional $25 when he overbooked himself and didn't adjust my back or take my x-rays." When they started to argue I said please talk to him and give me a call. So next day I get a call from his front desk saying, "You do need me to pay because you got therapy(shoulder ice pack) and he talked to you in the room, (he'd never been in therapy room but he did poke his head in a different room they moved me to to say, sorry running behind, I'll get to you after this, etc.) and she then said, "The insurance companies have rules about billing for this! Don't be surprised when you get the bill". So I tell her, "Okay, I won't be back, and I'm going to discuss this issue with both my policies". I'm certainly going to find out if he collected another $25 co-pay on top of his regular bill, which if the first half they wanted from me the first time, $185 is any indication, is upwards of $370 a visit, and I'm sure the x-rays are billed additionally. Expensive, and ladies, keep your eyes on those hands of his! read more

I went to Dr Coyle at Stout Wellness Center because I somehow hurt my back. I could barely walk, stand, or sleep. When I couldn't stand the pain any more, and my back was getting worse and not better, I made an appointment. He saw me the following morning. He listened to mt symptoms, took xrays, and told me what happened. Dr Coyle prescribed some anti inflammatory meds and adjusted my back. He also explained how long it would take to fully recover. At least I was able to sleep that night! And after a few more visits I am back to my old self. read more
