We have a 19 year old Regal Bowrider which lives on our boat lift uncovered on Flathead lake for 2.5 months a year and in storage outdoors shrink wrapped the other 9.5 months of the year. Every June I would take my cleaning supplies out and give the boat a cleaning but I never could get out the deepest darkest stains. So this June I had Hayes Detailing do it and no one was more impressed that my wife who thought I might have bought a new boat. It was Mr Clean clean and shiny. The scratches on the hull were gone. The white cushions were bright white and even the hard to get to places like the ladder, the ski locker and the stainless accents were spotless. If I were to ever think about selling the boat I would do it again right before I showed it. Last thing I almost forgot was one cushion that sits above the cooler facing the bow was ripped and sad looking so I got a message that said they would recommend recovering it. Visiting family in Polson, my mom had her 1993 Jeep detailed here about a year ago and I remember it was incredible. So I brought in my Toyota Camry for detailing inside and out. They have a huge garage where they work- very clean and the staff was friendly. The place was easy to find, right on 93. But all that aside- my car looks and smells amazing, like brand new! I'm thrilled! Every bit of city grime is gone, the windows sparkle inside and out and they put everything neatly back as I had it. Perfect! The price was very reasonable, I couldn't be happier. I can't speak to the one other rando who wrote that weird 1 star review... but I am glad I ignored them (that review had no specifics and no pics- I never trust that kind of reviewer) and tried Hayes Detailing because it was great! read more

My brother-in-law scheduled his coach and my coach to be washed at Polson RV Motor Coach Resort by Hayes Detailing. They washed his coach and we were supposed to be next. When they started washing other coaches around us I talked to the detailing people and they said oh yes, you are on the list. I did this on three other occasions, they said the same thing every time but never showed up. Five days ago I talked to Ernie (the owner) and he said, got your cell number and will get you taken care of. I have emailed him twice since then and no response. Now on day 11 and my coach has not been washed! If you need your coach washed in Polson, Montana, do it before you get here cuz these people are not reliable. I had these people detail my car, truck and motor home. They did them all in one day and did a bad job on all three. I wouldn't let them wash my dog let alone any car!!! read more
