Sorry, seem like nice folks but don't go here. Spent over two hours using a computer to diagnose my ac 'whirring' noise issue. Said their system kept 'glitching' out so just decided to charge my ac even though it didn't need it. Then said I needed a new blower motor. Charged me over $200 for what turned out to be a totally wrong diagnosis. Went to Don Aadsen Ford and they did a physical inspection -- now there's a thought -- and saw that the cabin air filter was chewed. Used a camera to find a dead mouse lodged inside causing the whirring noise. Their entire repair was less than K-O's incorrect diagnosis. Went back to K-O to let them know, thinking they might realize their error and want to refund me at least a little. Nope. Held strong to their incorrect diagnosis and said the blower motor would die on me -- which it has not, everything is working just fine. Wish I'd never gone here. read more

Don't recommend. Stopped in for a diagnosis on a stutter issue under acceleration. Was told they were surprised the 2014 f150 ecoboost was even still running. The truck runs great minus a small stutter under acceleration. They recommended scrapping the truck and buying a new one. After some research and good luck we found out it just needed a transmission flush which we had done at a different shop which at 230 dollars was only 40 more than these guys charged to do absolutely nothing. read more

We had an issue with our brakes on Thursday while driving in stop and go traffic in Yellowstone. No one in that area would see us for a week. I searched for repair shops near our next stay and found K-O. They set us up an appointment for Monday morning. Our brakes had started back working correctly, but we do not take chances with our lives. K-O took our RV in on time and they were friendly and professional. We got a free inspection. Nothing was wrong with the brakes. Our technician explained what had probably happened. Who does this? Great integrity. There was no charge for their service. Great service. We are traveling full time and occasionally need maintenance service on our vehicle. It is always a risk to go someplace you don't frequent. We prefer to avoid the big box and the 9 minute oil change places. We were referred to K-O Auto by a local business. Decided to make an appointment and was very happy with the results. The appointment was early morning which worked for us. The service was comprehensive and we received a four page report on the other maintenance items on the car. They even measured the brake pads, not just a "visual ok"! The car was washed and vacuumed too! They are AAA and offer a discount for members. They are not inexpensive, but the value I received was excellent. If I was a local resident, this would be my car repair shop. read more

This place is a scam. Made an appointment to have my cooling system flushed almost a week in advanced. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that they needed to have a cooling inspection first at a cost of $35. An hour and 1/2 later I am billed $81.67 for the inspection. The radirator flush was estimated at 169.61. They also stated that he water pump, thermostat housing and lower radiatolr hose was leaking. Too fix this is an additional $559.21. My appointment was for my cooling system be flushed. At the age of 14 I worked for my uncle at a truck stop in the California desert 80 miles from Las Vegas and Barsto California. I was taught crooked upselling of auto repairs to expand my paycheck. That is what happened here. KO Auto's goal is to upsell auto repairs to give their employees a bonnice. Not to provide the customer quality service at a reasonable price. When I posted a negative review on there website then deleated it. Bit shady. A business deleates all negative reviews to promote business? We will see! read more

I went in for a simple spark plug change. It was making a sound when I went fast. When I got my vehicle back it made a terrible sound on idle the check engine light was on and my auto cruise did not work. I would not recommend that you bring your vehicle to this establishment. read more

We love K-O Auto! WHY?! They are very professional, their staff genuinely care, they continually go the extra mile. I had a alignment done in November after I put on new winter tires and just lately my car was pulling real hard to right. Called K-O and they got me right in the next day for a complimentary alignment check as well as checking anything else that may have caused that pulling. They totally helped me resolve my problem which was not the alignment (it was still perfectly in alignment). Gave me suggestions on what to look for in the future. Thank you Charles for always being so kind and helpful. We have been known to call and bug Charles with questions on random issues and he is always more than willing to share his mechanical knowledge and experience with us.
