I said no thanks, he said that will be $156.00 for diagnostic today. He charged me to diagnose problems I was already aware of. "Bob's Glass" was the answer every time! I gave home a call, left a message, which got me a call back within an hour or two. I told him my situation and he quickly said $200 FLAT! Of course I jumped on it, he said it would be ready to go in fri. On thur. he called back telling me the glass came in with a scratch and that because he doesn't sell damaged good the new one will be in first of the week. I was a little discouraged, but boy was I not disappointed. He came by 9 am and had it done within an hour!! One hour later ( for the seal to dry ) I was on my way. The rear view mirror which was ify before was perfect afterwards. While he did the install we talked and I found out he's been doing this for 46 years! I drove all the way to Jackson to pick up the suv only for them to have moved it to Farmington without telling me. They stated they did but I still have texts from that conversation and it's not there. I drove back to Farmington and had to complete the test drive and vehicle inspection after dark. I decided to purchase the vehicle I was told that I could not refinance it for 3 months or I would have early pay off fees, however when I called their credit union this was not true. I received a text later saying my title and extra keys were there. I.stopped by to get them and they stated there was no extra key, but they would have a key guy make one at my cost. I declined, Beings the car was already in the shop getting maintenance because it was over 3 years past due for its scheduled maintenance. When I told them this the salesperson argued that the oil had been changed, but with mercedes that isn't the only maintenance they require for longevity of the car. ,(this is more important to know about a car you are selling then how many ways to open the back hatch.) The car seems to be of quality. However the customer service and communication leave a lot to be desired .

To make matters worse, they expected him to continue doing service calls without compensation. When he understandably declined to work for free, they fired him. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. A company should never expect employees to work without pay, and certainly shouldn't retaliate when someone stands up for themselves. We're extremely disappointed with how they handled this situation and wouldn't recommend working for or doing business with them.
