The battery was under warranty so they replaced it, and I went home just being charged for the oil change. Later in the day when I tried to use my car it was completely dead. Not even the dash lights would come on. When I called Plaza Tire, they insisted I get the battery jumped or tow it in. They refused to come look at it. I live two miles from their site. I called another another garage to start the battery or tow my car the next morning. The guy who came the next morning, found that the connections were loose. Plaza Tire hadn't tightened down the battery connections! He advised me to take it back to them anyway and look at it. I did, and Plaza tire didn't even apologize! I asked them to check the alternator while it was there, just to be sure that's ok, but I don't know if I can trust them. They were busy the day I went it in for the oil change. I think they skimped on my service because I'm a woman and I'm elderly. Ladies, don't go there if you're advancing in years and don't go without a spouse!
