I questioned why I was not told that when I bought it and was told I would have been given a "green slip" when I bought it if it was warranted. As a first time customer I had no idea this was the policy nor would I have known to question it. Was prepared to make additional purchases on this visit, but feel the need to take my business elsewhere. Beware buying "premium" plants from this business as they don't stand behind what they sell.

We hired Yetter for lawn care. They killed several plants and weed whacked the bark off our young…read morefruit trees. I communicated my concens to Jason. Jason said he would apply a salve to the trees when he came back. They missed the appointment and did not come back for 3 weeks. When they returned, they failed to double mow, leaving stripes of the dead grass in the yard. I called him to say this needed to be fixed and he hung up on me. Here is a list of the plants they injured or killed: Grape vine on a trellis, button bush (3 feet tall) surrounded by mulch, a fig tree (3 feet tall) sourounded by mulch, strawberry plants, surrounded by a small wooden fence, 2 apple trees with white plastic bark covering: these were weed whacked through injuring the bark. That said, the first 2 times they came, they did a GREAT job. It seems they have hired some people that are unqualified.
