Very responsive, professional and cared about the work. We got leveling down for a playground and needed a quick action to get this done. They helped scope the plan to be more cost conscious and rushed our project so it could be done for my son's birthday. They removed bushes replanting and the work looks great. They are so nice and polite; but they didn't get the job done because they didn't tell me their terms up front so I could act quickly. They had to return the money of half the job I paid to them on Zelle because it didn't come in on time before the scheduled appointment. Why? I asked about their Zelle account, and when the person gave me the wrong account in an individual's name, I asked again. I volunteered to pay half the job. Only then did they tell me yes, we require half before we start. No problem. I got a better company. Garden and Trees Landscaping. They had a test on Zelle, and they didn't require anything up front because they have enough to run their business. I will do a review of this other great company later. read more

We had a large landscape with front yard flower beds and a back yard flower bed overgrown with WEEDS galore. Two very capable experts took on the task. Back yard flower bed is gone now and will soon be grass that easy to manage mowing. The front yard now looks beautiful again of course due to 2 consummate professionals' hard work. Both area knowledgeable and communicated with us every step of the transition of our property. Now we are enjoying a lot less time and energy to weeding more time in enjoying the summer. The Firestone team arrived on time and started working right away. They not only did everything I had requested, but they went above and beyon! Needed to have 20inch deep trench dug under very complicated roots. So they did it by hand. Didn't want to kill the tree, it's been here longer than I have! The trench was needed for laying wiring and have county inspect and approve the trench. It passed inspection today! Overall, team was very accommodating, prompt responses, and easy to work with. Firmstone is locally owned and did a terrific job for us. They have a good eye for what works and extended my flower beds to look even better with creative edging/borders. They moved some heavily rocks for us to a better location, replaced a failing shrub with a better quality and good-sized shrub and staked another large shrub without the stake showing. They also took our three roof drains and piped them underground. A huge improvement that they actually pointed out. It will take gutter rainwater away from the foundation but not show. They use great triple shredded mulch and left everything spotless. They are friendly, respectful, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Thank you Roland and Maritza and team. read more

I'm very happy with the work Firmstone did to clean up my gardens, which were overrun with weeds. When they were here to do the estimate, they noticed that our drains were affecting the flow of water into the gardens and recommended the rerouting of the drainpipes. That is something I wouldn't have thought of, and I appreciated their recommendation. Their estimate was very competitive with the others I received and their communication was prompt and concise. We had some issues with drainage around the bottom of our house. Firmstone came and assessed the situation. They proposed repairs, and we agreed to move forward with them. They came and performed the work in a competent and professional manor. We were pleased by the appearance of things when they finished. It rained after the work had been completed. It turned out there was still one issue with the drainage. I called Firmstone and they came back the next day and reworked the one problem spot. I just recently requested a quote from this company to re-sod a portion of my back yard approximately between 1,000-1,100 sq ft. While they were prompt with the response time they came in EXTREMELY HIGH!!! $2,250 just to install the sod (I already had the yard leveled out and topsoil). So I was just suppose to pay them to purchase and roll out the sod?? They worked with me to try and lower the price but still came in HIGH!! TO EXPENSIVE for me. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
