After explaining my situation he handed me over to Jeremy, and from day one I was in good hands. Several years ago I took a second mortgage on my home. This was during the period following the housing market crash. Thus, my loan was had been bought and sold by various lenders like a cheap suit to the point of my not knowing who to continue paying. Following other issues I had dealt with, I eventually received a notice from the latest lender stating I owed an absorbent amount of money, which was nearly twice the amount of the original loan. This was even after I paid a multitude of thousands back to the original lender and the next one who took over the loan via the normal monthly payments. I had just relocated across the country to Bellevue WA and was settling into a new job when this notice arrived, an added a burden I did not have the energy to address at that time. I went online looking for attorneys who deal with financial matters and found this law firm. After the initial consultation, I paid a very reasonable retainer and Jeremy quickly went to work. He cc'd me on letters he sent to the lender and kept me apprised of any changes. Within a fairly short amount of time the lender relented and the issue was resolved in my favor. To top it off, I received over $300 of my retainer back from this firm which simply floored me. I don't know anyone who works there personally. Moreover, I have no incentive to write this review other than my deep appreciation for a job well done and for the kindness the few people I interacted with afforded me.
