Not sure you can depend on them for firearm needs because they scheduled a USCCA Class and did not show up to conduct the class. They don't answer the phone or email and their voicemail is full. There was a parking lot full of class participants and no Instructor. Not recommended! read more

He has a credible gunsmith on site, which is a good person to have in a gun shop. Also, Haze has all updated 2nd amendment information you need to know. I asked for a specific type of ammo (SS198LF) and they didn't have it and he said "do you even know what that means?" I responded no tell me and he said "nah just know that I know". I'm sure it doesn't take almost 2 months for an "instock" qd mount to be delivered. I checked the website again today (9-12-2020) prior to this post & it's still "in stock". I reached out to Mr. Crookcaster shortly after my purchase to confirm the shipping timeline & he responded around two weeks after the order is placed. I ordered in July it's now September. I've asked for a refund or the product I ordered in several emails but of course he stopped responding. Mr. Crookcaster I too wish this great country would take better care of vets in every way possible especially financially so they don't have to stoop to scandalous ploys such as this one. This shop is fantastic! The owner and his son have plenty of knowledge. I brought in an old shotgun I had inherited and I knew it was a rare antique. I took it to over 6 gun shops and ranges all over MD and they wouldn't even consider offering me a "real offer" Mr. Haze bought it off me for a very fair price (more than anyone else offered) and offered me store credit on top of that! This shop sucks, all the employees were rude and impatient and I even got told the shop was closed while the door was opened, other people were in there, and the sign said closes at 5:00PM and it was 3:30PM. Great Mansperience! I went to haze line to purchase my first gun. I thought I knew what I wanted. I searched on the owner's website in the store and found it. Then I asked him to show me what he had in the store. I was able to sample and dry fire many guns. He even has a way to simulate live fire and also virtually fire weapons. That is what sold me on a completely different choice. Another customer stopped in and also joined the party. I am very happy I decided to make the trek from Montgomery county MD. The owner and I had a great conversation. He is ex military and has many interesting opinions about politics and government based on personal experience. He helped with all the ubiquitous paperwork and online forms. And had great suggestions to help me accomplish purchasing additional firearms. First time customer, I wish I have read reviews before I submitted my order back on March 26. It's been more 18 weeks since my order was placed, very little communication. We exchanged an email or two. I have requested a refund a couple of times. I understand the incredible surge un gun sales across the states. We all are customers. I really wanted to support my regional small business in good faith. $2,100 is not easy to forget. Invoice paid in full along with MD taxes. The pandemic situation makes the supply and demand situation complicated. Manufacture who's HQ is in Virginia notes fulfilling estimates are around 8 weeks. I am passed double the time estimate. I reached my bank to see what can I do, I don't feel this folks will complete my order. Not too friendly with new customers, even people that are pro-gun. His name is Hazen. He likes to talk (shout) over you and not listen to his *dwindling* customer base. Two 19-round magazines were accidentally shipped to Haze Line Guns by the private seller I bought from online. I never requested Hazen to release high-capacity round magazines to me. MD laws were to be completely abided. There are no laws prohibiting a VA resident purchase the magazines and then physically giving them to me in the state of VA. There are also no laws prohibiting Hazen from selling his products (especially products that Hazen did not pay for) for free if the buyer pays shipping. We had a mutual understanding of that happening. I told you that a VA resident would purchase the magazines sometime later. Little did I know that after I told you that, you would feel incentivized to sell the magazines for profit to another FFL dealer out-of-state ASAP instead of supporting me, your new customer, and holding onto them until the VA resident purchased. I know this was your intent because you didn't contact me before doing so. After finding out from directly from you of what you did, you raised your voice instead of admitting to squeeze profit. I asked you if you could play fair and give me magazines of equal or lesser value and you said "no". You giving me magazines for free has nothing to do with laws. It has to do with justice. TLDR: You overcharge me on the transfer fee. I still buy ammunition and a bore lock from you. Yet, you choose to think about short term profit gain and sell off my magazines to double dip off my unfortunate situation. Now you received an email from me demanding 100% refund, transfer fee included. You need to speak honestly and openly about these types of situations, potential customers know how to sniff out unethical business practices. This isn't about my happiness. I've already chosen to label you as a sunk cost. The purpose of this review is so that others may not fall for your antics. He told me I could order it online. I went to log in and he had changed the price up by 50$. When I called back he told me if I had ordered over the phone right then he would have given me the price.
