I brought a fabricated stainless steel panel to this shop for engraving. Once the job was finished and I asked him to pay the 22 dollar difference he said " well I ended up having to spend a lt of time on it" and refused to pay me. The reason he spent so much time on it is because he had to do the job twice after messing up my part. He was VERY slow. Each time it took 5 days for him to do a simple job consisting of 4 words. His excuse was " It was too hot for me to work the last few days" Unprofessional from start to finish. Stay clear of this "business".
