Skincare, Babycare, Toothpaste, very recommended! This is not an ordinary german brand but instead a "Bio" brand, that is comparable to "organic" in the US. Only better, of course! Between Whole Foods and Wegman's I get what I need. And they provide restrooms for customers, which is basic fundamental necessity. Referring to couple of the reviews, Whole Foods and Wegman's provide expiration and sell-by dates so you know everything is fresh.

I see they now have a website which includes a charming history of this family-owned business dating back to 1955 when the current owner's father purchased the property, as well as where the name "Echo Hill" comes from! I believe almost all the employees are family and everyone is always friendly and helpful. Granted, I haven't been here since moving out of state in 2020 and from reading some of the reviews, it seems their prices (like everyone else's) have increased, but this store always had the biggest selection of grains, flours, nuts, and spices, as well as packaging for homemade food gifts. We order about 10 rounds and end up putting some in the freezer. We call to order as I am not aware of any online option. The staff is always very friendly and we have never had any problems. There are other delicacies available, but I'm not familiar with the options. The only other item we've tried is the fresh Tyrolean sausage (which is also very good), but we prefer the dried.
